Hard to recommend.....This Company certified a roof as water tight, by saying, ""it looks water tight"". Thank God my realtor asked for that verification in writing (I'm not a roofer, I needed a professional). Two months after and lots of rain this past Spring and the roof leaked, in the middle of the night, on a Saturday, in my child's room. Company was honorable enough to try to make an effort, but they didn't finish the job and leave me with little confidence in the quality of workmanship. Did I mention I'm still waiting for him to call me back from mid- July, (I called main # first week in August & left message, but got no response to that message either). I want to give him two stars for trying, but, on second thought, he only bothered after I suggested I would take him and the two shoddy realtors involved to court over the issue.

Ben gave me a 2 year warranty on my roof and he refuses to respond to requests from me to fix the leaks I have!! This is terrible service and shows his business principles are for naught!

Ben is the best! He is my go-to guy when it comes to roofing. I have utilized his services several times on different homes since 2007. He is always very professional and provides excellent service. It's hard to come by reliable contractors who do good work. Ben is one of the few. I highly recommend Ben's Custom Roofing.
