I posted a review 7 months ago on their site. Benchmark Roofing claimed they are a ""roofing company but provide countless other services as well."" Because Hurricane Ian had just roared through, we believed him. BIG MISTAKE!!! Since then, I have had to spend over $15,000 (and it's ever-increasing) to ""undo"" and repair their previous ""fixes."" A LICENSED and CERTIFIED electrician has come to our house four times to do things that LICENSED and CERTIFIED electricians do properly the first time. One of those CERTIFIED and LICENSED electricians told us it was the worst wiring he'd seen in 17 years as a CERTIFIED and LICENSED electrician. In addition, Benchmark Roofing's employees were extremely disrespectful of my home and furnishings, Please see my review on Benchmark Roofing, Naples, FL website. We have had major repairs to our pool and spa since Benchmark reared their ugly heads in our lives. As far as we know, our roof has been OK. However, in our neighborhood, we are seemingly only lucky. At least four of our neighbors have had to have roof repairs already. So we are constantly on the lookout. That's no way to live. Please do yourself a favor! Find someone else to do your repairs! You'll be happier. Marc is not to be trusted. And please understand that this review is made not to hurt Marc or Benchmark or anyone else. Rather, it is made to protect others who are trusting, unsuspecting blokes -- such as I was -- from the disasters we've dealt with, and will likely continue to encounter because of Marc's and Benchmark's shoddy workmanship and business practices.
