Do not hire this company!!
1. Waited for them to begin after the promised start date.
2. The workers dropped hot tar on my newly sealed pavers and ""repaired"" it by gouging out the tar from the paver leaving holes and rough spots.
3. Left numerous nails, screws, and metal pieces in my lawn.
4. Promised to call when my sun tube came in. I had to call them numerous times leaving messages. Never heard back and the excuse was new employee who never got the message from the previous person. Please note: they hired and fired 3 at home office workers in a 3 month period
5. After sun tube was installed which was rescheduled at least three times not coming out for the appointments.
6. Sun tube stopped allowing light through as of June 2,2022. We have been calling for 7.5 weeks to get them to come out and honor their work. It is now July 30th!!

July 27, 2021 we signed a contract and made a deposit for a home addition.
NO work was done until Feb 11, 2022. Hardly any other work was done and no permits were ever pulled even though we were told permits were filed and we received a picture the day it was supposedly submitted?!?
We gave up hope on May 10, 2022 and told them to give us back our money and not to come back on premises. We were told by the office manager in writing we would be receiving our money back and we are now being completely ignored. It has been 1 year since we made the deposit that was stolen from us and we will continue to pursue action until we get our money back.

be aware. this contractor will not pay the roofing material's supplier. he was paid in full but, he refused to pay the roofing supplier. I had to get an attorney. the supplier quickly will put a lien against your property. Tristain is a con man. don't believe me, then sign a contract.

BEWARE: They replaced my roof in May of 2021 and have not paid the material supplier as of February 2022. I paid in full. Now I (among the many many others) have a Lien on my property. Have tried calling and emailing numerous times. The only person to call me back was after clicking ""get free estimate"" on their website. They are interested in doing new work but not doing the right thing for past work.

Ben, I really hope you've taken some initiative after my previous posts and considered taking drivers Ed. Maybe? Consideration for the lives around you when operating a truck of that size (and we all know why you went with the big truck) is extremely important. Maybe the small dick makes you more angry at the world? Who knows. Anyways, cheers. Fuck ya self.

What a great company. The estimate was very detailed. And they new
Roof was put on in 2 days, I will be calling them for future projects.

Had an appointment for a remodel estimate set up for 2 months. Flew from Memphis to Orlando and rented a car to meet Ben-Kee at the remodel location. 1 hour prior to the appointment they called and cancelled. Pretty disappointed considering we confirmed a week prior and then again 3 days prior. In the end it was their loss, we hired another contractor for a $75k project and work has started. They may be okay to work with but first impressions say a lot.
