I work with a lot of contractors as a real estate broker. There are a few that stand out. It is very hard to find a company that does good work at a fair price - and - has outstanding communication and customer service. Bell Roofing is one of those rare breeds. They have earned a reputation as being one of the best in the business as it has been earned through great work. I received a reply from them on a Saturday and that put them over the top in customer service - such a rarity.

They are on our company's preferred vendor list for a good reason - and I will continue to use and recommend them!

After working with them I found the quality of their work to be okay and their staff to be extremely kind. Our problems stemmed from misunderstandings that could have easily been avoided if they had been more clear in their estimates and took more time to explain their repairs. They also saw a lot more damage that I didn't see but they didn't tell me about it so the problem got worse.

We had a bad leak and they said they would repair it. A month later we're still getting water damage. They said OF COURSE THE REPAIR DIDN'T FIX THE OTHER DAMAGED AREA! They explained that the water was damaging that area from a different problem. Why didn't they tell me that in the first place? I showed them the entire damaged area and I trusted them to tell me what it would take to solve the problem. What they repaired only fixed half the problem and they acted like I should have known that! I don't know anything about roofing, leaks, or the repairs to fix them. That's why I called them to advise me on what needed fixed. Now a month later I have MORE damage, I have to find someone else to come repair it and repaint something I already had paid to repair. I understand that misunderstandings happen, but they are the professionals and when I show them damage they should explain exactly what it would take to solve all of the problems causing the damage not what it would take to solve half of the problem. I paid them understanding that the solution they offered would fix the entire problem because that is what I asked to be fixed. They did the suggested repairs they just didn't tell me their repairs wouldn't stop the whole problem which they knew. They also saw other areas that needed to be repaired and didn't tell me about them so now I have more damage to fix!

Starting with a very detailed and informative estimate and supporting documents, to continuing e-mails of work schedules and procedures, to photos tracking the work as it was performed, and to the final thorough clean-up, attention to detail and customer satisfaction, Bell Roofing fulfilled our every expectation. The work crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and stayed busy throughout the work day. They were pleasant to deal with and were very customer-oriented. The work estimate was fairly priced, and the quality of their work was superb. I would recommend them as the very best. They were recommended to us by a former contractor, and we certainly agree with that recommendation!!!

Mr. Bell came by to look at a leakage problem we had. 15 minutes later, he was off the roof and told me he just had to reposition a siding panel and push in a nail. He told me how to check to make sure the issue is resolved and left without charging me a dime. That's really respectable.

I think they might be doing good work if you can get a hold of them! I have a few things that need to be fixed on the roof and was getting recommendations from neighbors. Then we had a big storm and an active and bad leak - I called Bell Roofing but they were busy - they gave me an appointment for an ESTIMATE only for a week later which I accepted. I do not know how long I would have had to wait for the repair though....
Through a friend, I was able to find another roofer who fixed the leak (otherwise my house would have been flooded by now..) BUT I was still wanting them to quote me for what I had wanted a roofer originally. They were very, very nasty in an email - I thought they misunderstood and tried to explain yet they still replied as if they didn't get what the situation was...they cancelled the appointment.
It was a completely unnecessary and weird reaction.

Arrived at Bell's to see their work with a friend. The receptionist was very friendly. I got to see a lot of pictures with all of the work that has been done. I also drove by several houses that this company has completed. They are professional, courteous and best of all they make sure to check up with their customers during and after a job has been completed. I witnessed several weekend calls after the rain to make sure the job just done was good. I think that if you are in need of a roofing job that this is the company that will get the job done right and follow up to make sure that you are happy. The customer service skills are also impeccable.

I would like to recommend Bell Roofing for their integrity and high quality work.

We signed a contract with them to replace a part of our roof on a rental property. Due to an internal miscommunication, when the work crew arrived on the morning of the job, they had ripped off about 80% of the entire roof (which was less than 5 years old). When the supervisor arrived, he realized that it was his mistake, and on discussing with his boss, they decided to replace the entire roof at no additional cost to us. They decided to rip off the remaining 20% as well, so there would be no mismatch or issues.

At no time were we pressured to pay extra, nor did we have to argue with them to fix it, they just owned up and did the right thing. I know we got a brand new roof for a fraction of the true price and that Bell Roofing lost money on this job. I would like to help them get more business for doing the right thing. Call them for a free estimate and it's pretty likely that Charlie Bell, the owner, will come out and do the consult.

After recently purchasing a home, our insurance agent saw a few slight buckled shingles and asked that we have our roof repaired in order to activate home owners insurance. Bell roofing visited within two days of my phone call and found there there were no repairs to be needed on my almost new roof. They were kind enough to write up a letter and saved me a huge headache with my insurance company. Any other roofer would have charged a minimum visit and most likely would have charged us to place a few nails in a couple shingles at a cost of hundreds of dollars.

This company is full of integrity. I can not say enough positive.

These roofers work like a well-oiled machine. They unload and get to work. It was amazing to see! They were careful with my plantings, friendly, and did a great job.
Path Bell sent a detailed letter well before the roofing date to let me know what to expect and how to prepare, moving planters and covering items in the attic.

I was having a hard time finding Atlanta roofers that were accommodating and helpful until I met Bell Roofing. A friend recommended using them and I do not regret it at all. The staff is very knowledgable and answered all my questions thoroughly. They fixed my roof, replaced the fallen shingles, and told me to call them if I had any issues. I'm very happy with the work they did.
