Very disappointed with Bell Roofing. I reside within the Sun Lakes country club. Had to find and use another roofing contractor due to Bell completely blowing me off!

I want to recommend ARG Roofing (1-951-807-1603) after my ordeal with Bell Roofing. ARG came to my house the same day I called them. The following day I had the bid! Two days later ARG Roofing was on the job, and did excellent work. Very professional from start to finish. I'm still waiting (a month now) on a bid from Bell Roofing out of San Bernardino!

Called Bell Roofing to fix the leaks between my patio cover and roof. Russ came and inspected the job on a Thursday, said it would be expensive and told me I would have a bid Friday or most likely Monday (by email or text). I was very happy to hear I would have the bid in 1 to 4 days!

4 days came and went, then two weeks came and still no bid. I called Bell and spoke to a girl and told her what was happening and she replied that she would let Russ know and he will contact me. Guess what, no call or bid!

Driving around Sun Lake Country Club I came across a Bell Roofing truck and I saw Russ talking to his workers. I turned around and spoke to Russ and asked him if he decided not to do my job and stated I have never gotten a bid from him. Russ took down my information and said he would have to investigate.

Later that evening I received a call from Russ and he said he has no idea or information on my job. He said he will have to investigate and get back with me. Guess what, Russ hasn't gotten back to me nor has a bid been sent to my email or text. It's been about a month now and still nothing from Russ.

Thank goodness I called ARG! Shame on you Bell roofing!

I had Bell roofing roof my house seven years ago Bell roofing also roofed my mothers home in 1968 , anyway there was a leak in my garage this morning from the rain last night, I called Dennis from Bell roofing to take a look at it , he told me he would be there around 10 or 11 and he was , he inspected all of my roof . He calk some metal flashing , and another metal flashing around a vent , he wished me a merry Christmas I am so glad that I went with Bell roofing

They did not even show up for their appointment. I called them and they said they would send somebody after there was a no show. And still nobody showed up or nobody called me back.

I called Bell Roofing because the wind blew some roof tiles off my roof. Two weeks later the guy showed up to give me an estimate. Immediately he had the attitude that my job was too small and that they ""might"" get to it by March. He also said he would send me an estimate that evening. I have waited a week and no estimate. If a company isn't willing to do a small job I won't call them for a big job. I have used Bell Roofing since the 1970's but I will never call them again.

Dennis was awesome, the work that was done was great and the process went quickly. Prices were still decent considering the inflation issue and the job was done without a hitch!

We had some fascia boards on our 20 year old tile roof that had dry rotted. Russ came out to give us an estimate and was VERY knowledgeable. We got a quote from another roofing company and they were just going to replace the boards. Russ explained that the problem was caused by missing support rafters in the dry rotted corners. His quote was actually a little cheaper than the other company and they fixed the problem so it doesn't happen again! His crew, Jorge and Alfredo, were awesome and very detail oriented. Everybody showed up on time and cleaned up before they left. Would definitely recommend Russ and Bell Roof Co!

Needed our tile roof repaired due to a leak. Bell Roof Co was recommended to me by two individuals. Bell Roof Co was prompt to come to our home to check for the cause of the leak. The gentleman was thorough in his inspection of the roof, he even noted that there was a cover missing on our water heater vent. I felt comfortable with him and the estimate for the repair. Bell Roof had a crew at the house the next day. They were courteous, quick, and left things clean. What a great experience. Than you Bell Roof Co.

Can't say enough good things about this company. After an understandable delay due to Covid, they were ready (as promised) to install our new roof. Dennis came out to estimate the job and answered all our questions. He facilitated every stage of the job and kept up good communication throughout the job. Everyone from Bell: Dennis, the office staff, the demolition crew, and the roofers, were professional, friendly and efficient. The resulting roof looks great and we feel confident in the workmanship.
We don't understand the one star ratings...it can't be about the same company...as these guys were great!

Dennis came out to bid on a hot mop for my decks. Having been a contractor, I could not believe how he was talking to me. Dennis began scolding me on the workmanship of the deck. ""How do you expect me to make my tie in when the doors that were installed are too low... as if it was my fault. Dennis continued and I said why don't we just knock the whole house down huh. Then, I said sir just write everything down that is wrong and put it in your bid. Because I knew this grump and his crew are not coming on my property ever again.

Russ came over to my house for an estimate in the rain. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He found the problem and was honest and up-front. Very professional and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend him and this company.
