Cons: Constant failures that resulted in the job taking 3 weeks longer then planned, the countertop being removed multiple times (and my kitchen counter actaully got smaller), pantry being installed in wrong location (covering a window), cabinets ordered in wrong color and then wrong finish, we bought a sink they installed it wrong, convinced me buy a sink, bought the wrong sink, they had to get another sink, they actually wrote electrical into the contract i walked up stairs he had asked my husband to sign it after he had crossed out electrical, they installed the plumbing incorrectly flooding my house delaying my floor installation fixed it once it then broke again they fixed it again told me to put fans to dry up the water (had to buy those myself). Everthing is just off or diagonal or scratched up. Even now the're multiple problems with the kitchen such drawers that wont close, cabinets that creak and click and things that they said they'd come and fix and have yet to do so as i have not heard from them since the check cleared.

Pros: The Owner came and attempted to fix things and seemed genuinely mad about what was happening.

Just the worst never got a quote from them at all. Well an actual quote proposal. Supposedly the owner of this place came to look and give me a quote and just blah blah blah an quoted number. I even texted him and never heard from them. No thank you.

I was looking on Google and I ran into the bell remodeling. I understood exactly what I was getting in a company as I look to remodel my backyard and boy was everything correct about them. The professionalism shown with everything blew me away. They showed up on time for our scheduled appointment ready to go and the job was fantastic.

Thanks to them I now have a backyard area for my little cousins when they come over. And with the help of the workers at Bell they can finally come over and enjoy their time outside in my backyard.

Edgar and his team have been a breath of fresh air. We have had some terrible experiences with contractors who were not professional. Edgar and his staff have changed my heart about contractors. There truly are some good ones still out there.. at least at Bell Remodeling. Bell Remodeling have kept in good contact with us through the process. We have run into hiccups due to COVID 19 related delays and they have never left us hanging. From the phone calls with Sherry in the office, to the crews who come out and our interactions with Edgar and Darryl, we have been very blessed. And finally, the work is amazing as well. I've been anxious to post a review since they have not yet finished all the things we contracted them for (not their fault at all). I wanted to just show you how beautiful my travertine is around my pool. Thank you Edgar and everyone at Bell Remodeling for running a good company with excellent work and happy happy happy customers!! Although more work will be done by Bell remodeling and I am going to add more pictures at that time, here are just a few.

Everyone was super polite from the sweet office assistant on the phone to the top project manager.
They saw our vision for a ""deck"" off the front porch and were honest in what could and could not be done- then got to work and made it happen. We really appreciated that they stuck to their original quote and were patient with our questions and little changes. Good communication and quality work- would definitely work with them again! Thank you Mike, Edgar and Darryl !

Would recommend using them for all of your renovations or to transform your backyard. Edgar and crew are very professional and always showed up on schedule.

Wow! I'm so excited about Bell Remodeling and Construction.....Mr Ron came by my house today to give be a quote and explained to me how the program works and I was Speechless and in tears because I couldn't believe how true it all was.....Needless to say they are starting on my house tomorrow...

***UPDATE***
Edgar reached out to me to resolve all my issues. He had someone out the same day to assess damages. One issue was resolved the same day. The other resolved 3 days later. I'm satisfied with the prompt response and resolution I received. Next time, I am reaching out to Edgar directly if anything goes wrong (I doubt it will but if it does, I know he will take care of)

Not happy with the quality of this work. Almost two years later and the border around the artificial grass has started to buckle and separate. Let's not mention how they supposedly laid the mulch down in my flower bed. No protective barrier placed between my fence and the flowerbed so it started to push against my fence whereas i had to have repaired. I feel for what was paid, the quality of materials used were cheap and installed hastily. I would NOT use their services again
