Dave came to my home to estimate the cost of the reroof instead of Google Earth and it's thousands of miles distance from the earth. Mr. Belanger and his team are very well organized. The old roof was removed, the garage roof repaired, and new composite shingles along with recommended roof vents accomplished in less than a week. The worksite, my home, was cleaned up at the end of the workday. If I require a reroof in the future, I will call Dave again!

It's unfortunate that I have to write a poor review. I called Dave for a roof estimate on a home I am purchasing. He said he would come out the next day to look at the roof and then email me an estimate. The next day I didn't receive a call from him, so I called. He answered and said he would send the estimate the next morning and that it was a $16k job. The next morning came and no estimate. I called, got voicemail and left a message. Called again later that day, got voicemail. Sent him a text, no reply. I expressed clearly that I was in my inspection period for escrow and was on a tight deadline. What kind of roofing company walks away from a $16k job? Absolutely unacceptable.

Belanger Construction did a wonderful job on my 1901 Craftsman home. Everything was done to make sure this roof would last a lifetime. They always showed up on time, kept the area clean and were a joy to work with. If you are looking for a quality roofer, Dave is your guy.

Belanger Construction (Dave Belanger) is a client's perfect contractor. I wish he would do seminars to all the trades, on how to treat, communicate and deliver a project. Dave re-roofed our home and it looks great. He and his crew did not cut any corners, explained everything upfront, charged an appropriate price, showed up on time, every time, cleaned up every day and did exactly what he said from the start. And that is rare in the construction industry.....today.

Although Dave does high end custom work, he also re-roofed our normal old home in less than 3 days. A few of the plywood panels had to be replaced. Dave did not try to convince me to replace all the plywood. Only what was needed.

I wished he did remodel and electrical work!

We had Belanger come out and give us a quote on a new roof. He showed up on time and gave us a quote right there on the spot AND that included everything. (Which was very important, we needed new wood on the roof, all other companies refused to give a quote that included that. They gave us a quote for the roof and then wanted to charge by the foot for all unseen problems). He finished the job on time and for the price he quoted us. He did a great job. His employee's were polite and respectful and cleaned up when they were finished with the job.

Repaired our roof and did a very thorough job quickly. Dave worked with us to keep the price where we wanted it. He found tiles that matched the existing 30 year old roofing tiles. We were very pleased with his work.
