These guys were hired to do the roof on our condo on holiday aisle in Destin. It leaked as soon as they left and there is damage to many of the homeowners units. They continue to be called out to fix the problems that should have been taken care of when they replace the roof. The work was done very shotty. I continue to hear horror stories of people who use this company.

Category 5, Hurricane Michael, made landfall on the Florida Panhandle on October 10, 2018. My roof was severely damaged.

I knew nothing about roofs, except that I needed a new one, as soon as possible. I procrastinated until my Homeowner's Insurance Company threatened to cancel my policy.

I imagined the procesis would be grueling. It was NOT--thanks to Louis Palanek, Bel-Mac Roofing, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.

From the first phone call, until after the job was completed, Louis consistently provided visible, accessible, LEADERSHIP!

Contacted Bel-Mac Roofing right after Hurricane Michael hit at Panama City Beach. I was told by the helpful Secretary that she would have a person named Travis look at our roof damage at our place in PCB. I called back in a few days, and was told that Travis had been there, but that there was structural damage that would have to be fixed prior to their company repairing the roof. I had questions, and was told that Travis would send me an email or call. Receiving no further word I contacted them again on 11/05/2018. I advised the sec. I would like to speak with Travis to inquire about what he thought was structural damage as there was none. She said let me go talk to him. Later I found he was not there, but she had actually called him on the radio. I asked again if she would get him to call me. She then told me he had some pictures to send me, but I told her I had put a tarp on the roof, and had taken plenty of pictures, and that I would like to speak with him personally to see what he thought was structural damage. She said she would send them anyway. Receiving the email containing the pics was a note from Travis who I gather now was the owner of the company advising that he was not interested. All I asked was that he speak to me about what he deemed structural damage as I was not aware of any damage other than to the metal itself. I think this could have been handled in a more professional manner, and I will not recommend , nor will I ever do business with this firm again.
