I recently used Bedrock Contracting to replace my roof, gutters, siding, and paint the exterior of my home. After hearing so many bad stories about roofers, I was very skeptical, and chose Bedrock because a colleague had used them, and was very pleased with their work. I could not have been more satisfied. They were prompt, professional, and communicated with me on a regular basis regarding the progress of the work, and addressed my questions and concerns during the process. I recommended them to several of my neighbors, and they are very happy also. I highly recommend them!

I am surprised that this company has received positive reviews from others. My experience was terrible. I wanted to get quotes from a couple of roofers after a recent hail storm. When I told the sales person at Bedrock this was my wish, I was told that he would not come because they ""don't operate this way."" Despite this, he sent another Bedrock employee to the appointment who was condescending and rude to the other roofing company I sent. They then bullied me into signing a contract that states that they will negotiate further repairs with my insurance company, which is illegal in Texas. They told me no supplies would be ordered or work schedules until I paid my deductible. After having my attorney review the terms of the contract, I decided to use another, more honest company. I cancelled in writing. Bedrock called and threatened me, telling me that I had to use them. When I refused, they attempted to deliver the shingles, despite the fact I had cancelled the order and not yet paid the deductible. I refused delivery and told Josh once again I didn't want to do business with dishonest bullies. Now his attorney is sending me nasty letters. Don't use this company EVER. Worst experience I have ever had.

Bedrock did my parents roof in Stephenville and they handled the entire claim front to back and got the roof on extremely fast with no nails or trash left behind. Great crew and reliable service.

I used Bedrock Contracting when my roof needed to be repaired due to the hail storms both in 2012 and this year. Both Times Josh Wilson was Johnny on the spot! Answered all my questions, did a superb job, and gave me the peace of mind that my roof was as solid as my foundation! I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs repair on there roofs!

I was new to the area and had never experienced hail like I have here. It comes down fast and it's huge sized hail. It's very important to have someone that is able to come out fast and have experience and Bedrock Contracting has both. They are a great company to have work for you.
