This rating is based on customer service - not work performed... let me explain. I called Dave at Beckett Roofing regarding a leak coming from our roof. He explained how busy he was but said he would take a look. All other roofing companies in the area would not even do that. As promised Dave inspected our roof and provided detailed pictures of issues and provided a quote for repairs. We decided to put off the repairs at this time - trying to get one more season out of the roof before we replace it. We will definitely reach out to Dave at Beckett Roofing when we do as our first request!

We just recently had Beckett Roofing reroof our home in BBL. Dave and his crew did an outstanding job. They we courteous and very friendly. Every day they showed up on time and worked though the entire day only breaking for their one hour lunch. Once they stripped the roof there was additional damage found. Without a word Dave had someone working on it and this took several additional days to repair. When finished, I knew the job was done correctly and I'm confident it'll last. It looks great. Dave ""stood"" by his estimate when we made our final payment. Please consider using Beckett Roofing. Dave is honest and consensus, you won't regret using him.

Dave Beckett delivered on all of his promises - and more. We have a cabin with a gamble roof - a bit difficult to do. He went above and beyond on everything, but also on our window frames (replacing them with high quality materials) which was not even in the contract! He did an awesome job - we wish he did other trades too as we had such a positive experience with him and his company. Highly recommended!

We have owned our vacation home for 10 years and a small leak developed on the wall of one of our bathrooms. Not knowing the condition or the age of our roof I feared the worst. Dave came out for an inspection and informed us our roof was in good shape. As well he advised me that the small leak could be fixed with some Henry's patch. I will definitely keep him in mind when it's time for roof replacement.

I had an issue with water dripping from my ceiling and David came out to take a look at it within an hour of messaging him. He diagnosed the problem immediately, and while he wasn't able to fix it because the roof was not the cause of the problem, he told me who I could call to get it taken care of. I asked how I could compensate him for his consultation and he refused to charge me for it. Needless to say if and when I have issues with my roof, David will the be the first one I call.
