We have been engaging Becerra Brothers since we relocated to Palm Springs from the east coast for entire roof replacement and ongoing maintenance, including solar panel cleanings on a regular basis. Our 1934 hacienda adobe style home and two casita roofs look fabulous with the craftsmanship work and finishing touches by this family-owned business.

They are reliable, responsive, professional and highly competent. A wonderful father and sons, and daughter team effort makes the experience rewarding on all fronts.

We had used them for our home inspection when we bought our place back in 2018. This year (2020) we developed a leak after a weekend rain. Of course the leak happened in an area that had been called out to us as potentially problematic during the inspection 2 years earlier. They came out in a timely manner, gave us a fair quote that was inline with what some other pros were asking for the job, and presented us with multiple options in terms of financing the work. The work happened Thanksgiving week, which just happened to be a week where we had a yard repair happening as well. They worked with our scheduling and ultimately decided they could get the job done in a single day instead of 2. They arrived on time, did the work, cleaned up afterward, and left so quietly I didn't have a chance to thank the crew personally. Only when I got the invoice via email did I even know they were finished. Carmen in the office was friendly and easy to work with as well. This is a family business who have been roofing for a very long time. They took pride in their work and were fair, flexible, and professional on all levels. It hasn't rained, but we assume the repairs handled everything. No doubt if there are any issues, they'll happily return. I highly recommend, I only wish I could remember the gentleman's name who ran the crew and who gave me the estimate so I could give him a personal shout-out! In any case, you won't be disappointed. Make sure you get a quote and talk with them.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. This is a family owned business. A father, two brothers and their sister. They all are professionals! They clean up after themselves, they were able to repair my Facia boards, replace any sheeting that was damaged and work around an attached patio cover. This was a flat roof repair. I am extremely pleased with the workmanship, the professional way everything was handled and the ability to work in a very tight time frame. I would highly recommend this company!

Becerra Brothers did an excellent job of fixing a leak I had after the heavy rains in Palm Springs in February. On time, crew was professional and did a thorough job of clean up as they went along. Pricing was competitive with other quotes and they certainly had my confidence in their ability. Alfonso informed me of a small additional issue I had with a skylight - took it down to explain issue and we got that repaired as well. I'd definitely give them 5 stars for any roofing needs.

Becerra was called to give a quote for about 5,000 square feet of additional foam roofing and a quote to repair existing leaks. The first thing I noticed was he had placed needless one foot of the ladder *over* the edge of the concrete driveway such that about half of the foot was dangling with only air beneath it. Quite dangerous and little room for error. There was plenty of surface area on the flat concrete to have positioned the ladder in safety.

He was on-site for 10 perhaps 15 minutes. After making several mistakes of either not remembering what I had told him, misjudging the conditions he found on the roof, or miscalculating cause and effect -- he looked directly at an air vent and announced that it was directly above the location I pointed to where a bucket had been placed to catch dripping water--in fact the vertical alignment was offset by about 3 feet. I was astonished by the mistake.

I mentioned to him another contractor had suggested a particular theory of the cause of a leak. A few seconds later he bluntly accused me falsely of ""having all these contractors over and not making up your mind"", and then abruptly abruptly announced, ""I have to go."" and proceeded to leave without offering a quote, and without offering a solution to the leak in the middle of the house. He had earlier suggested that I needed to install gutters because the water was running off the roof and then down outside walls (as they were designed to do and is a common modern design), and declined to discuss fixing the leak around a window instead telling me I needed to get a window installer to fix it.

The fact is that I have had exactly one other contractor out to look at the job and I mentioned to Becerra only ""...another contractor said..."". The earlier quote I received was $24,000 for the work I wanted. That contractor also was on-site just after the 2/14 rain event to consider how to repair the existing leaks. Becerra was not available during that time.

Apparently Mr. Becerra expects a homeowner to commit to a large project that affects the life of the home for 30-50 years without benefit of multiple quotes and competition for him. Or he can't be bothered with remodel work, or a $24,000 job is not big enough for him, or....I just do not know...his entire transaction was highly unprofessional and kinda scatter-brained.

These guys ARE the best. We had solar panels installed last October on our beautiful roof Becerra Bro's built Spring 2017. After a big rainfall last week several huge leaks formed above our garage. The solar company, unable to send anyone for days wasn't able to provide emergency repair service. Becerra Brothers, our heroes came and patched up the leaks. We are so lucky to have this family have our back.

Amazing work. I've had a roof issue and most had been turning me down because it was ""too small of a job"" but they did not. Quick response to come out and take a look at the problem. Faster time to come back and fix it. I will be using them again in the future for any roofing issues.
