I just had Gustavo and his team leave my house. I can't say enough good things about these guys! I had some leaks in my back patio from our last storm (Hillary). It took me a while to get roofing company's to come out and give me quotes after that storm as company's got busy. I finally got 3 quotes and went with BBR because it's a family own business which I loved! Richardo Becerra came out to give me a quote, Carmen (Sister) called to set up the appointment and Gustavo (Brother) and team did the work!! Yes, it took a while to get them out to do the repair but today was the day and it was a GREAT experience! Best of all they were friendly, hardworking, professional, cleaned up, and just over all GREAT people!!! We are suppose to get rain between 5-6pm today.... So we will see how great they really did:) Thank you for the GREAT job BBR!!!

INCOMPETENT and UNPROFESSIONAL are the two words that best describe this company. Earlier this year I paid them top dollar to fix an area of my roof that had previously had a small leak. Then the rains came. I had massive damage in the area they supposedly fixed. I called their office repeatedly over a period of days. I always talked with Carmen, the owner's daughter. She assured me her father had been told of my situation and that he would call and come by to assess the damage and what went wrong. No one has ever called or come by and it's been over a month. Zero customer service on work quality that is also zero. I have since hired someone who actually knows how to fix roofs. He took pictures of multiple things that were done incorrectly by Becerra Bros. and other things that should have been fixed that weren't...all in the exact area where Becerra Bros. worked. I wouldn't use them again if they were free. Nor would I recommend them to anyone. They were the worst contractors that I've ever had the misfortune of using!

Becerra Brothers Roofing just completed a tear off and install of a new roof for us. They also replaced all of our fascia. We would highly recommend their company to anyone looking for roofing needs. The quote came in fast and reasonable. Their workers were on time, professional and clean. Every day they cleaned up the workspace even though they stayed on site for 4 days. Once completed they walked us through the project to ensure we were happy with it. Lastly, they even went above and beyond to secure our evaporative cooler with new chains. Family owned business with a great warranty. Definitely give them a call for any roofing needs.

When planning a solar install, I was told the underlayment needs replacement as it is still original from 30 years ago. Our neighbor already told me of some leaks they had in the same age and style home. So I went ahead with quotes and Ricardo Becerra was on-site to inspect the roof and gave me advice on how to make the house more energy efficient as part of the job with additional vents and a low emitting underlayment. I had a quote within 2 days. I wanted a local business and they do a quality job, clean worksite every evening before leaving and coordinating everything through Carmen in the office was easy and customer oriented. They wouldn't negotiate price but delivered quality work, which is my priority on a roof. We should have peace of mind now for the next 30 years of which there are 10 years warranty by Becerra Brothers

Indio, CA - I needed to replace my flat garage roof in a very short period of time as I am changing insurance companies for my house insurance. This is a family owned business and I could not be happier with the excellent work performed. Carmen who is extremely professional, walked me through the process as well as scheduled the replacement as soon as possible (within a week of contacting them). Her brother Gustavo who actually performed the work with a few other employees was happy to answer any questions I had and managed the job extremely efficiently. He is an excellent craftsman and professional. The other employees working on the job were also professional and courteous. Mr. Becerra, their father also stopped by to introduce himself and check on the progress of the work. The job site was exceptionally clean at all times and the price was very fair for all the work they completed. The job was even completed a day early. Tried making an appt 3 times to get a quote for work to be done. 1st appt they did not like the weather 2nd appt they did not show up 3rd appt they did not show up. Unprofessional selfish and inconsiderate. The only thing they are good at is wasting your time.
