If I could give them 10 stars I would. This is a family owned business. A father, two brothers and their sister. They all are professionals! They clean up after themselves, they were able to repair my Facia boards, replace any sheeting that was damaged and work around an attached patio cover. This was a flat roof repair. I am extremely pleased with the workmanship, the professional way everything was handled and the ability to work in a very tight time frame. I would highly recommend this company!

Becerra Brothers did an excellent job of fixing a leak I had after the heavy rains in Palm Springs in February. On time, crew was professional and did a thorough job of clean up as they went along. Pricing was competitive with other quotes and they certainly had my confidence in their ability. Alfonso informed me of a small additional issue I had with a skylight - took it down to explain issue and we got that repaired as well. I'd definitely give them 5 stars for any roofing needs.

Becerra was called to give a quote for about 5,000 square feet of additional foam roofing and a quote to repair existing leaks. The first thing I noticed was he had placed needless one foot of the ladder *over* the edge of the concrete driveway such that about half of the foot was dangling with only air beneath it. Quite dangerous and little room for error. There was plenty of surface area on the flat concrete to have positioned the ladder in safety.

He was on-site for 10 perhaps 15 minutes. After making several mistakes of either not remembering what I had told him, misjudging the conditions he found on the roof, or miscalculating cause and effect -- he looked directly at an air vent and announced that it was directly above the location I pointed to where a bucket had been placed to catch dripping water--in fact the vertical alignment was offset by about 3 feet. I was astonished by the mistake.

I mentioned to him another contractor had suggested a particular theory of the cause of a leak. A few seconds later he bluntly accused me falsely of ""having all these contractors over and not making up your mind"", and then abruptly abruptly announced, ""I have to go."" and proceeded to leave without offering a quote, and without offering a solution to the leak in the middle of the house. He had earlier suggested that I needed to install gutters because the water was running off the roof and then down outside walls (as they were designed to do and is a common modern design), and declined to discuss fixing the leak around a window instead telling me I needed to get a window installer to fix it.

The fact is that I have had exactly one other contractor out to look at the job and I mentioned to Becerra only ""...another contractor said..."". The earlier quote I received was $24,000 for the work I wanted. That contractor also was on-site just after the 2/14 rain event to consider how to repair the existing leaks. Becerra was not available during that time.

Apparently Mr. Becerra expects a homeowner to commit to a large project that affects the life of the home for 30-50 years without benefit of multiple quotes and competition for him. Or he can't be bothered with remodel work, or a $24,000 job is not big enough for him, or....I just do not know...his entire transaction was highly unprofessional and kinda scatter-brained.

These guys ARE the best. We had solar panels installed last October on our beautiful roof Becerra Bro's built Spring 2017. After a big rainfall last week several huge leaks formed above our garage. The solar company, unable to send anyone for days wasn't able to provide emergency repair service. Becerra Brothers, our heroes came and patched up the leaks. We are so lucky to have this family have our back.

Amazing work. I've had a roof issue and most had been turning me down because it was ""too small of a job"" but they did not. Quick response to come out and take a look at the problem. Faster time to come back and fix it. I will be using them again in the future for any roofing issues.

Several roof leaks. Friends recommended Becerra Roofing. Just an amazing bunch of professionals. Alfonzo knows his stuff. He took one look and gave strong examples of what needed to be done. His crew was out the next day. 3 trucks and a team of professionals got busy and repaired the roof. They are clean and detailed oriented. No half ass job. It was top notch!! I would highly recommend them. My only suggestion is they take credit cards, we want those airline miles. Ha ha.

In my search for a qualified and honest roofer, I was referred to BecerraBrothersRoofing by a trusted source. I embraced the fact this is a family owned business as they take pride in their work. I called to request an estimate and to my surprise they were already in my area and arrived within 30 minutes. They returned the next day with roofing samples and I signed the contract. They wasted no time and also obtained the permit that day. My existing roof had to be scraped due to already having maximum layers and they began that task the following day. It took them 2 days to get it fully scraped down to the wood. They cleaned up each day with absolutely no mess left behind. That was impressive. Since I live in the desert I opted to have them install a layer of Low E which is an insulated layer that will keep my home a few degrees cooler in the summer. This will ultimately reduce my electric bill and will pay for itself over time. I purchased a 30 year roof so I highly recommend the Low E to anyone who may be on the fence with that decision. It will pay for itself quickly and your home will be more cool and comfortable in the following years.
The father started this business and his 2 sons and daughter, from what I have seen, are fully committed to being the most respected and experienced roofers in the area. They work extremely hard, all of them. Carmen, the daughter, kept me informed every step in the process from the office, but I also saw her here on the job a few times. They took photos of each step in the process and sent them to me for my records. I learned this is a close knit family who are kind with a strong work ethic. I highly recommend them for any and all roofing needs you may be faced with. I have to say that I was feeling overwhelmed with the daunting task of roofing my home. Now that it's all done, I have to say it was much less stressful than I imagined.... Thanks to BecerraBrothersRoofing.

We recently purchased a home in Bermuda Dunes that needed some roof repair. The roofer I hired did a ""no show"" with no phone call or anything. I was only in town for a few days and scrambled to find a roofer who was willing to help with a day's notice. After several calls I was lucky enough to find Alfonso who indicated that he was at a job and offered to send his son Ricardo to assess. Ricardo came with Jose in a nice work truck. Very professional. They showed me every area on the roof that needed repair and what they would do to fix it. They quoted me and I was pleased. A client of mine needed their roof repaired prior to their home being listed in Palm Desert.

I called Becerra Brothers. Alfonzo came out with his clipboard, and his experience. I have to say he did not hesitate to get onto the roof, and look at the repair. The other 2 companies looked at the water damage from the inside of the home where the drywall tape was dangling showing the water marks and damage on the ceiling; but they did not bother to go on the roof. Alfonzo not only went on top to investigate, and also invited me up to see the damage and the repairs that needed to be done.

Carmen, the other team member called me to schedule the appointment. I had run into some issues with the timeline and the date, but it was no problem. They were flexible and accommodating. They made sure that the whole team was there... Alfonzo and his sons came to complete the work. 3 trucks showed up. They had all their equipment, and they were clean. Not only did they not leave a trace of garbage behind; they blew the yard with leaf blowers to make sure all looked superb.

From the interior of the home with the drywall being repaired on the ceiling to the roof flashing and the spray paint to match the colored tiles, to the removal of the old clay tiles, they did it all.

Very impressed with their timing, their followup, and follow through. Professional as all companies should be. And they guaranteed their work with a roof certification.
