This is not a typical review but you need to know about the entire process. Going to court Thursday 2/13/2025 down in St Augustine since I'm being sued by my insurance company their lawyer convinced us to go to court over the denial of full coverage of the roof repair.
We are now facing $50,000.00 dollars in Costs and in another month another $30 to $50,000 in State Farm Legal fees.
If they knock on your door - I would tell them they need to leave.
Asking the lawyer is Beaver was culpable in any of this - ""unfortunately no""
Don't believe a friggin word their inspectors say and if you do allow them on your roof - don't sign or call your insurance company with them there.
Call your insurance own your own.

We have had the absolute worst experience with this company. The process for a roof and gutter replacement has been going on for over 9 months after we were told 8-10 weeks. Beaver subcontracted the roof work out and the subcontractors did not complete the job, although they left a huge mess in the driveway. Ended up with leaks throughout house that caused Beaver to have to come back and completely redo the roof work. We are still waiting for gutter replacement to be done. We have been told for 6 months that the gutters are ordered, but haven't come in. Finally, we were told that the gutter work would be completed last Thursday and Friday. No one showed and the Beaver representative is non-responsive to calls and texts. This has been a common theme throughout the process. The home is up for sale and we have now lost two sales because of the delays. In the end, this is work on a mobile home and it is clear they are not concerned about completing the job timely. Please beware of this company. We can't even say they provide horrible customer service, because we can't even get them to provide service.

We recently contracted Beaver home services to replace an existing roof on our home. We are very pleased with the final result and the ease of doing business with this company along the way.

Professionalism - Hailey , who was our account manager was a very professional individual who really knows the ropes and the steps along the way to get the project completed. A strong working knowledge of all the paperwork that has to be handled, advising of the next steps to be taken, and generally touching base with us on a regular basis to let us know what was happening.

Timing - the company worked to ensure that a timeline could be maintained and advised of progress.

External Factors - the handled working with the insurance company, inspectors, City Of Jacksonville to obtain the Roofing permit, and sign off on the final work was simplified with their assistance.

Customer Focus - once again Hailey did a great job maintaining a great customer service focus and answering all of our questions along the way, was easy to work with and answered all of our questions in a very timely manner.

End Result- the roof was completed within two days - And we were able to sign off with the roofing inspector without issue.

The team who worked on the roof was very conscientious and went around and picked up anything that may have dropped on the ground during the roofing process.

I highly endorse this company and if you are in need of a new roof, I would highly recommend working with Hailey.

I'm not happy with the conduct of Doug and how he handled our claim. He lied and was delayed our roof being completed by months. Released a deposit in 1st of December and my supplies were not ordered until February. He told us they would be coming out on 2 separate dates and no one showed up. When I called her told me there was an issue with the county and they haven't approved the permit yet. I went to the county and they had said no permit was even submitted. He lied so much and was not honest about the status of the work. I called him and told him I was going to void the contract and find another roofing company as I didn't want to play games anymore. The supplies were already on my house and over a month went by before they came out to replace it. I was told it would be the following week, which was a lie. I had to constantly contact him for updates on my roof, which was annoying.

However, the rest of the staff was completely professional and did a fantastic job on my roof. The only reason I'm dissatisfied is a result of the dishonesty and lack of communication from my account Manager.

I contacted Beaver Home Services for roofing inspection and ended up getting them to replace our roof.
Cory Williams coordinated the whole effort from start to finish and made sure to keep me abreast on the process.
The day the job started the roofers were here a the crack of dawn ready to start work, working sunrise to sunset tearing off the old roof, then the next morning came out to install the new roof.
Thanks to Beaver we have a beautiful new roof!

*** 0 STARS *** These people called and emailed my homeowners insurance against my wishes and are attempting to carry out things even though I have spoken to Stacy Jones and her supposed ""boss"", Joseph Hewett. Joseph reassured me that nothing would be pursued. These people are like slimy car salesmen. The talk quickly, hardly go over things with you, and will do anything for a buck. I come from a family of attorneys in Jacksonville and they're going to have a nice lawsuit on their hands for trying to carry through with things even though I've been incredibly vocal in telling them I want no business with their company. I know companies like this. They will haggle with your insurance company until you receive payment. They will never disclose what the cost of the new roof will be. Rather, they will put a low-quality roof on your house and collect every penny from your insurance company, turning HUGE profits. Look at all these reviews, they might be positive now, but I'd like to hear from someone who had a roof put on by them that's 6-10 years old.

This company is the biggest scam hiding behind their nice reviews. Many of which I am sure are fake.
They are terrible with communication (after you sign their contract). They refuse to pick up the phone ever, it takes them days, sometimes weeks, to reply to messages. And when they do, they dodge questions.
They will show up ON YOUR ROOF with materials unannounced after months of no contact.
They will send you an invoice ""estimate"" and claim the roof costs x-amount.
Then they will bait-and-switch claiming it actually costs x + $4,000 when everything is said and done.
Then they back away after you ask HOW and they'll say ""no, actually it costs x + $2,000.""
How much does the roof cost??? Absolutely as much as they can squeeze out of you and the insurance company. They tried to claim a basic new roof on a 1,000sqft home costs $12,000. In what world??? Google it. shouldn't be more than $6k.
THEN they will place a lien on your property in order to get you to pay the imaginary difference.
And they will never tell you about any of this, so when you go to sell your house, all of these problems come to a head without you realizing until it's too late. Then you're out a couple thousand dollars.
Under NO circumstance should anybody use this company. You may not regret it at first, because the roof looks nice. But their harmful lien practices will come to haunt you. Please heed my warning.
Also, I'm sure they'll reply with some fake response below claiming they're in the right, and a lien is ""standard practice"" but of course they would, they want to maintain their illusion.
