Absolutely awful experience and still not over. HORRIBLE at communication and when Angel does reply he lies. He took our deposit saying he would schedule the job and never did. We asked for our deposit money back and he said he would return it but of course that was a lie. He will not answer his cell phone or office phone. Stay away from this man and his company, taking advantage of seniors is disgraceful.

Horrible experience!! Did not complete the job that he promised. Guys were always late, never finished on time and kept extending the job. Poor communication.
Had many excuses; examples:
1. Very busy week with other projects
2. A lot more work than expected.
I felt he was manipulative and distracted us from the work.
I went up on the roof to check his work and he didn't replace anything that he was hired to do.
What tiles that were replaced cracked due to sloppy and poor workmanship.
Never showed up on agreed days. Strongly do not recommend!!! Do not hire this company!!

With the recent torrential rains my roof was leaking so bad the ceiling in the bedroom looked like it was going to collapse. Altura called me back the very same day I contacted them. Out of 3 quotes they were the best price. Angel explained exactly why the roof was leaking and exactly what Altura would do to fix it. I accepted their proposal and they were out the next business day to fix the roof. I was so relieved and surprised. They finished the job in a few hours and I'm a very happy customer. I recommend them very highly.

Altura Roofing previously put a new roof on a home prior to me purchasing it. There was a minor issue and I called him and he was so nice and helpful! His employee that did the repair was very professional and did an excellent job!! Angel really knows his business!! I highly recommend him for any roofing needs and will definitely use him for any work in the future. I'm so very thankful he helped me through this.

About nine years ago, Angel put a new roof on our house. From the beginning, we had issue after issue. I could never rest assured that the roof would hold up even during the slightest rainfall. It would take several phone calls to get ahold of him and when we finally got him, he had an attitude and acted as if we were a burden to him. His work and the work of his deplorable team is absolutely disgusting. I'm now having to repair walls and windows that have literally rotted due to his inferior work. Please DO NOT HIRE him! He is a manipulative sweet-talker and will make any attempt to conquer a job. It took him weeks to complete a job when he said that it would take days, he was always late and his crew was always late! Save your money and do not pay this bastard anything! Do your research and ensure you hire someone who can do the job right.

Angel from Altura Roofing was referred to us. Angel showed up
when he said he would, he gave us a very competitive quote to
replace our roof.

When it came time to do the roof, his crew showed up on time
and during the demo of the roof, the crew made sure everything
was cleaned up.

When the new roof was installed, Angel & his crew paid attention
to detail when it came to the ridge, the valleys and finishing it off along
the facia board.

We are very happy with his work and highly recommend Altura.

Spoke to Office Manager Carla, very accurate and truthful information. Quickly she sent Angel to my house to review my boiler and my electrical outlets. Angel was very funny and informative. Very pleased.. look forward to doing business with them!

After several phone calls and one visit to assess the repair, they ignored request. No contact. I guess they didn't think they could fix it.
