With the recent torrential rains my roof was leaking so bad the ceiling in the bedroom looked like it was going to collapse. Altura called me back the very same day I contacted them. Out of 3 quotes they were the best price. Angel explained exactly why the roof was leaking and exactly what Altura would do to fix it. I accepted their proposal and they were out the next business day to fix the roof. I was so relieved and surprised. They finished the job in a few hours and I'm a very happy customer. I recommend them very highly.

About nine years ago, Angel put a new roof on our house. From the beginning, we had issue after issue. I could never rest assured that the roof would hold up even during the slightest rainfall. It would take several phone calls to get ahold of him and when we finally got him, he had an attitude and acted as if we were a burden to him. His work and the work of his deplorable team is absolutely disgusting. I'm now having to repair walls and windows that have literally rotted due to his inferior work. Please DO NOT HIRE him! He is a manipulative sweet-talker and will make any attempt to conquer a job. It took him weeks to complete a job when he said that it would take days, he was always late and his crew was always late! Save your money and do not pay this bastard anything! Do your research and ensure you hire someone who can do the job right.

Angel from Altura Roofing was referred to us. Angel showed up
when he said he would, he gave us a very competitive quote to
replace our roof.

When it came time to do the roof, his crew showed up on time
and during the demo of the roof, the crew made sure everything
was cleaned up.

When the new roof was installed, Angel & his crew paid attention
to detail when it came to the ridge, the valleys and finishing it off along
the facia board.

We are very happy with his work and highly recommend Altura.

After several phone calls and one visit to assess the repair, they ignored request. No contact. I guess they didn't think they could fix it.

Priced reasonably, and provided service on time.
However, I later discovered from another vantage point that they used 2 different color shades of shingles on the roof. Very disappointing.

Professional,clean (he took his shoes off before coming in the house to see water damage i appreciated that) fully explained and showed pictures of my broken roof tiles. They did a great job , i have no leaks and just in time for the heavy rains. Im very confident in there work and would recommend them.

It's raining non stop and we called another roofer due to the leaking emergency and he said he could come in a few days but we needed someone now as our roof was leaking..The first company called said I would be lucky to find one quick...but I decided to keep looking and test my luck. Altura was quick and reliable and came out immediately. The customer service was excellent, the phone greeter was friendly, Angel came out and was very professional. It's been a long time since I experienced any contractor this efficient. He gave us prices and options very fast, you could tell they know what they are doing.
