We are planning to have solar panels installed but unsure if our roof needs replacement.
Contacted Bean's Roofing and Carlos was so kind to squeeze a roof inspection on his busy schedule.
He was on time, checked our roof and told us theres stil about 5-7 years life left, he also made some necessary recommendations.
I was ready to pay him and he declined it. We will definitely use them once our roof is due to be replaced.

I'm very happy with beans roofing. They responded quickly to our request and are very pleasant and courteous. Very good price. Everyone wore masks when appropriate. We had to replace our roof top furnace/ac unit at the same time and they worked together with them and actually placed the base for the furnace at the appropriate time. The roof turned out great! I highly recommend going with beans for your roof!!

Sadly, Bean's Roofing is very unprofessional about their Customer Service. I needed a new roof and called them to do a bid. They were highly recommended by The Inspector who did my Official Home Inspection. V
I've already let them know they may need to rethink referring Bean Roofing. I've spent the last 5 days trying to get a hold of them with no response. Carlos called me and left a message with his direct phone #, never to hear from him again. Who is representing Eric Beans Business? Certainly not Eric Bean. What a disappointing realization that those of us who believe in supporting local businesses, have to go elsewhere. I do not recommend this company who waste our time.

We were given an estimate of two days in order to reroof three buildings. The entire Beans roofing crew worked very hard and were able to complete the job on time. Prior to their construction we were given lots of guidance by Eric and his crew. The roofs look great and they make our house look new. I truly appreciated the fact that they sent a crewmember out to make sure that all of the excess roofing materials were cleaned up which I really appreciate it I would tell anyone looking for a great roofer to call Beans and then you search right there. Five stars is not enough

Bean's to the rescue! We purchased a house on the coast in September and are currently on the wait list for Bean's to do a complete roof tune up in January. Good roofers are worth the wait! But the rain came and we had leaks in three places the day before Thanksgiving with a house full of family coming! So I called just to see what could be done to protect the house and here they are one hour later, working hard to make sure the leaks are stopped. That is service above and beyond, and I couldn't be more pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the guys who came to the door. Two thumbs up for Bean's Roofing!

Wow, I read some of the other reviews, and I didn't have their experience, which I'm grateful for. From the very start, I received excellent call back and good communication. Eric came when he said he would for the estimate. I live 2,000 miles from my home in California so I needed both the good communication and the follow through. I booked out a week with no rentals and needed the work done on time - they delivered. Started when they said they would and was through a day early. I thought the price was reasonable - not cheap, not expensive. The work looks great and they cleaned up well. I absolutely would recommend them.
