Have used them for years. This time had our pool deck and screen room pressure washed along with our gutters cleaned out. They did a great job. They were even early to start the job and all of them were professional. Will definitely use again.

They did a great job cleaning and sealing our pool deck pavers which were long overdue. The crew removed our pool furniture and came back after the sealer had dried to put it back. Terrific service!

I live in Melbourne, FL, they charged me $400 to clean my metal roof. They sprayed it with harsh chemicals that killed all of my plants, 3 older desert rose plants that are very expensive. They sprayed from the ground to the roof on my 2 story home, when i asked if they were going to get on the roof, they said, NO way, too high. Are you kidding me, your roof cleaners!!!! The roof was somewhat cleaner, but it was NOT clean. I could have sprayed the pressure washer from the ground or ladder.... I paid to get the roof Cleaned, and it was not cleaned.... and killed my plants.

Excellent company, everything went smoothly from the time I left a message to make an appointment to the completion of the roof/ windows cleaning.
They are not cheap but competitive in price.I was able to request an appointment date for my day off and they accommodated my request without problems.The 2 teams were very punctual, courteous and did a great job on both my metal roofs as well as the many widows my two story house has.I definitely would recommend them for metal roof cleaning/ window cleaning.

silly me; being a transplant from New York, i had never heard of needing to get my roof cleaned. But when i discovered that i did need to do so, i reached out to my neighbors and asked them...'who do you use to clean your roof?'...and all of them said...BEACON ! I called Beacon that day; they were eager and amenable to schedule a date beginning the next day; I chose 2 weeks out. They went on google earth, looked at my property, estimated how much it would cost to wash my roof and power wash my sidewalks. I asked if they could come at 8am on scheduled date, and they said of course. They said I could be home for cleaning, or not; that I could pay by check, or with credit card by calling them on phone when job was finished. Today, at exactly 8:03am...Scott and his partner showed up at my house. Within 2 hours, my dirty roof looked brand new, my sidewalks were washed, and he even hit some mud dauber wasp nests on my garage for me. I am so very pleased with every aspect of this job. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, answered every question I had, and did the most wonderful job. Thanx to Scott and Beacon Roof for an excellent experience.

Caveat: I have not actually used the cleaning service, which may well be excellent.

However, this company's advertising strategy leaves much to be desired. I do not take kindly to someone littering my lawn with advertising materials. A company that chooses to throw a bag of rocks and paper onto my lawn does not demonstrate the kind of respect for me and my property that I expect from a service provider.

I will not use this company for my cleaning needs.
