I highly recommend Jeremy and his crew. The final product was detailed and thorough. The price was not the cheapest in town but competitive and VERY fair. Jeremy, the owner, is upfront about what things cost and does not try to sell you. You can have an easy conversation about pros and cons and that helped give me an understanding of value. He goes the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied. He has his crew (no subcontractors) working for him full time and pays them well. It shows in their high quality of work. Rodrigo, the foreman, is a genius at technique. The crew was patient with my questions and responsive to my suggestions. I learned a lot. I'm going to recommend Jeremy to all my friends.

Jeremy and his crew are true professionals. Last year when we experienced leaks in our clay tile roof they were recommended to us by a contractor we trust. Beach Cities was on site within a week's time and replaced our roof quickly and for a reasonable price. They were able to reuse most of our clay tiles in the process, were respectful of our schedule and left our place tidy. We were very pleased.

Recently we experienced a problem with one of our rain gutters. Beach Cities was at our house within two hours of receiving our call and did the mending work free of charge!

Now that El Nino has arrived our new roof is getting a true test! I needed a complete tear down, having 3 or more layers on my home. I called many companies, probably getting 7 or more quotes! The last one, it just so happened, was Jeremy from Beach Cities Roofing. I was sold!! His personality alone is worth hiring him! Seriously, he was so patient with me, he even talked to my cousin in Denver, also a successful owner of a roofing company, just to make me feel even more confident. The materials he used, quality. His crew, professional, quick, cleaned up everything better than they found it!
I had one concern, texted him, he called me back while he was on vacation in Australia!! The roof is performing just as it should, our house is cooler in the summer, and well protected from the rain. I would highly recommend Beach Cities, yes they are busy, but he stayed on point with his quote and the timeline. I received everything we agreed too! It is a big expense doing a roof so you want the best for your money, Jeremy will provide that. He is a great guy! Don't waste time calling 7 plus companies, that is exhausting, just call Beach Cities, Jeremy will take care of you, I promise!!

I had a great experience with Beach Cities Roofing. Jeremy (the owner) came out and installed a new roof over a large wooden covered patio. The existing roof was falling apart and Jeremy had great ideas at how to renovate it. He recommended better materials to use rather than simple plywood to give it a much better and finished look. He also replaced any of the 2x6 boards that had damage to give the roof a better structure. He completed this large job in about a day and a half and was very professional and easy to work with. I work with many vendors and can say that the level of care and attention to detail is hard to beat. When I have to replace the roof on my home in a few years, he's the first person I'm going to call. Thanks again Jeremy and to the crew at Beach Cities Roofing.

I am very pleased with the quality and service provided by Beach Cities Roofing. I had a lot of roof damage from recent high winds in the south bay and decided it was time to replace my composite Spanish tile roof with traditional Corning shingles. I was worried the change over could cause additional expenses and problems however Jeremy (the owner) assured me the transition would go without a hitch which it did.

Had my roof replaced prior to the upcoming El Niño storms. Roofing companies are crazy busy because of El Niño, beach cities roofing is no different. Wasn't sure what to expect given the once every 20 years rush to reroof that happens during El Niño years. Ahh, all worries were for naught. Jeremy the owner was way cool, typical easy going South Bay dude who's been at it for better than 2 decades. He wasn't the cheapest but you get what you pay for and you don't want to skimp with the roof over your and your families head. His 6 man crew showed up exactly on time every day, did what they promised and did it all on schedule. With jobs like this there's always the worry of "" well we won't know until we remove the old roof yada yada yada"". Sure there was the expected work needed on the wood supports and fascias etc but everything was done professionally and charges were up front and fair.

Bottom line, I'm happy and very satisfied with my experience and would definitely refer beach cities roofing to family and friends.

Has anyone ever gotten a callback from this business??

After reading positive reviews I gave Beach Cities Roofing a call to request an estimate on having some damaged shingles repaired/replaced. I spoke to someone who said they would take my information and dispatch a request for a callback within 24 hours. Fair enough.

I followed up 2 days later and reached the same service deck (I believe they're outsourced?) and was given an apology and told they would re-submit my request for a callback. I asked if this was normal to not receive a callback and they said no, maybe the request didn't go through correctly. I asked what my next steps would be and they said if I didn't get a callback in 24 hours to callback again and request one.. You've got to be kidding me.. I think I'll start calling elsewhere.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Beach Cities Roofing. We replaced our entire roof as well as the roof to our pool house. Jeremy (owner) went above and beyond what could have ever been expected. He and his guys are professional, honest and hard working. The job went along very swiftly and neatly. Amazing clean up, work ethic and conduct every day. We are extremely thankful to our contractor friend for recommending this company. No wonder our friend only uses Beach Cities Roofing for all of his projects- you really couldn't do any better!
