Joe Smallwood established BCB Homes with a strong background in commercial building. He saw a need for top-tier residential contracting in the local community and has transformed BCB Homes into a reputable company.

Joe launched BCB Homes, Inc. in 1993 as the founder. Since then, Joe has guided the company through substantial growth, positioning BCB Homes, Inc. among the premier contractors in Southwest Florida. Joe became the President and CEO of BCB Homes, Inc. in 2007.

Joe is a Naples local, Joe graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering. After completing his degree, Joe returned to Naples where he was employed at a commercial construction company for six years and was promoted to ownership of that company before launching BCB Homes, Inc..
