BCB Homes was founded by Joe Smallwood with experience in commercial construction. He saw a need for top-tier residential contracting in the Naples region and has developed BCB Homes into a trusted name.

In 1993, Joe founded BCB Homes, Inc. as the head. Since then, Joe has led the company through a remarkable expansion, making BCB Homes, Inc. a top contractor in Southwest Florida. Joe became the President and CEO of BCB Homes, Inc. in 2007.

A native of Naples, Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Florida. Following his graduation, Joe came back to Naples where he worked for a commercial construction firm for six years and advanced to ownership of that company before founding BCB Homes, Inc..
