They will waste your time, come unprepared for a ""quote""... and then actually not give you the quote you just wasted your time trying to obtain from them.
Poor communication and very questionable business practices from Carlos and the others. Rude and unprofessional. Avoid them at all cost. Take your business somewhere else.
Joshua Hanner O.Ricky met with me on a Sunday when no other contractor would. He took time out of his personal schedule to accommodate my needs as a customer. He met with my insurance adjuster 2 days later, and the job was completed that Friday. I went to work Friday morning and when i came home, my house looked brand new because of the new roof Ricky's guys installed. The roof was perfect! They even cleaned my gutters out while they were there and blew off the lawn so their was no mess when they were done. No nails or trash left behind and Ricky came over that night to make sure I was happy. He did not ask for ANY MONEY UP FRONT!! He waited patiently for the insurance check and Ricky is now drawing a plan for an addition onto my home.
