Although having your roof replaced isn't a fun experience and an unwelcomed expense, BB Roofing made the experience a very pleasurable one. Bill and Cassandra are the very best at communication. They either answer their phone or call back right away if you leave a message.

The quote was very competitive, but the great job and cleanup they did is where they really shined. They are his own crew and not sub contracted. The 10 year leak guarantee is great too.

Plus Bill Ball and his daughter Cassandra are locals. They aren't a company that swooped in to capitalize after a hurricane.

Quick service and really reasonable on pricing. Very rare on HHI. Have used theM twice for small repairs and was treated just as well as the client with the larger and pricier roof replacement job.
