Let me just say that my firm hired these guys after purchasing a Queen Anne office for our business (similar to victorian, architectural style of housing built between 1890 to 1910). So very similar to a Victorian house, our building needed someone with experience and a high level of professionalism. We were very fortunate to work with Bazan Roofing. The owner Miguel came to us by recommendation since he is very well known in the San Gabriel Valley for both commercial and residential roofing. Our roof had not been replaced in over 30 years and was falling apart, it had started leaking and was becoming a significant eye sore. Miguel came in with his crew and demolished the house during the hottest month of the year, August. They completely finished the project in less than two weeks which was under the timeline they had given us and they accomplished this by working on both Saturday and Sundays, while our staff was out of the office to minimize noise and reduce any debris overflow, which allowed us to keep working the entire time. Miguel and his crew are some of the most organized workers I've ever worked with, everything we paid for had been specifically discussed in our contract beforehand and there were no surprises or additional add-ons to the invoice, and they worked with such precision and energy that I honestly believe our new roof will last for the next fifty years.
