This company has gone down hill. They were suppose to help me fix my roof that was under warranty. I had to hire an outside company to make the fix. I had to pay money out of my pocket for something that was suppose to be part of my warranty. I have waited months for them to come back out to patch up an easy leak. I am not able to sell my house because of them. I called and left so many messages. Good luck getting them to come out with warranty work. If you have doubts you should hire Gulf Shield Roofing. They came out the same day and fixed it the next day.

Had to have a 4 point inspection to renew my homeowners insurance. Needed to have an area of roof repaired and had Bayside Roofing come out to give a quote for repair and for a new roof....not knowing if my 19 year old roof would be accepted for insurance. Had several local companies come out for quote and Bayside was by far the least expensive for repairs and was able to schedule in a very small window. Jose was very nice and professional; and I loved his sense of humor!! He completed the repair in a timely manner, and I ""Passed"" my inspection. I truly appreciate that Bayside Roofing is a local, family owned and operated business - I too am a local, family owned and operated business and prefer to give my business to local companies and not ""big"" corporate companies. Will certainly recommend them.

Bayside was very prompt with scheduling our new roof. The crew was the hardest working group of men I've ever had work for us. The site was cleaned each day, even if it required flashlights as it was already dark after they started at 7 am. In addition, the office and everyone I spoke with was courteous and informed. One small problem arose at the end which was immediately addressed. The company had reroofed several homes in our sub and I now know why we were referred to them.

I originally asked Bayside Roofing to give me an estimate on my roof because they advertised as family owned and operated.
I had them do my roof because they are the real deal, family owned and operated. They care about their business, customers, crew and each other.
I first met with Pat Jr . He was helpful, professional and overall nice person.
The job started and ended in the time frame we agreed upon.
The roofing crew was on time, courteous and hard working. They cleaned up at the end of every day.
A few months after the job was over, I had a concern around my chimney.
Pat Sr. came out and helped me resolve the issue even though it had nothing to do with the roof.
I recommend Bayside Roofing for all of the above reasons.

I've used Bayside Roofing several times over the past 7 years. I have owned many rental properties, and have used their services to re-roof 5 shingle roofs, and to also paint and seal an additional tin roof. They are very reasonable and their work is top notch.

We paid for a new roof 18 months ago. The work was completed at that time. However, since then the roof leaks worse then our old 20 year old roof. The owner talks really nice but it still has not been fixed.

We obtained quotes from several area roofers and chose Bayside Roofing, in lieu of DoneRite that has handled probably 90% of the re-roofs in our area. Patrick Jr. was a convincing young salesman and insured us we would receive a quality service. One of the biggest mistakes I've made in my 20 years in this home.
The roof took over (3) days to complete. Workers would show in am and cut out around beer-thirty. Following the complete removal of the old roof, the new material was not dried-in prior to crew departing, allowing moisture to seep into attic during the evening and early morning hours, which caused staining on first and second floor ceilings. These stains were supposed to be taken care of by Bayside Roofing; however, no further contact from them as final payment had been made.
The crew was green, unprofessional and looked to be laborers hired on from a temp agency. We later found their foreman had been injured, was out on WC, so they put his brother in charge of our install... It was a mess. Nails and shingles were left around perimeter of home and soffit and fascia damaged in several locations and lies were told regarding materials supposedly replaced and chargeable.
Recently found myself having to call their office again, as a wind mitigation report was needed by our insurance agent. This report was clearly included in our quote; however, according to their representative, Lorie, for some reason it didn't get taken care of. We moved forward with obtaining the report on our own, have left messages and sent emails requesting reimbursement of the $75 fee incurred (which I should adjust upward due to the bs), to no avail.
I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

We had a crazy emergency issue with our new roof. Water started to show on the ceiling and we could not find out where it was coming from. We called several roofers in Pinellas county including the original company that installed a few years back. All were too busy to come out that day but Bayside Roofing professionals said they would take a look. It turns out squirrels were living in our attic and made this hole by a vent in our roof. Who would think that little squirrels could do so much damage. Damage by animals is not covered under our warranty so we had to pay out of pocket. Bayside shewed away the squirrels and fixed the roof. I'm happy I did not need to call an exterminator. Their price was fair and there was no surprises in the bill. I felt they are easy to work with and glad they got rid of the squirrels without hurting them.
