Bayshore Roofing - Beware. I have been dealing with Bayshore roofing in Freeport, FL in order to get a minor roof leak repaired, I had to continually chase the contractor in order to finally get the job scheduled, they finally fixed my roof and I paid them in full. I submitted claim to my insurance company and the insurance company immediately rejected stating they need a line by line invoice pretty standard, I called the contractor and even the owner and he seemed unwilling and down right resistant to provide me a detailed receipt. The owner did return my call by spent more time arguing with me than just providing the info required, this raises a red flag, seems they are unable to account or justify their work. I wanted to put the word out and advise anyone else to avoid them unless you want headaches and aggravation, I would not recommend and advise you skip them. They seem to lack any sense of customer service even though they have been fully compensated. I do plan to enter a complaint on the FL BBB site. I wish I could give them no stars or -negative stars but not an option.
