We had a leak in our roof during the February rains, causing a water mitigation project in our living room. Geoff Baynes, the owner, came over and got onto the roof for a thorough inspection. He gave us an honest and fair proposal. The roof repair was excellent, and they finished it quickly after we agreed on the proposal.

Geoff has been in the business a very long time and has an extensive supply of roof tiles no longer manufactured. Which is a true blessing. Truly worthy of the 5 star review.

We got many quotes from different companies to redo our deck that was leaking into the garage.

Baynes had not only a good price but a product that was better in my opinion than the rest.

They do really good work and they are friendly and easy to work with.

The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they only accept checks or electronic checks. Other than that, there is no reason not to consider them a 5 star company. I would/will use them again for future projects.

VERY IMPRESSIVE! Last year another company installed a roof on our studio. That business is now out of business and we are left with a leaky roof.

Baynes Roofing was very helpful in assisting us with a damaged roof caused by our Solar company. He identified the areas of the roof damaged and the incorrect repairs made by the Solar Company per the roof tile manufacturer installation requirements. Bottom line without Geoff Baynes we would have been left with over $10,000 in repairs. Once we were okayed by the Solar Company's insurance Geoff and his crew completed the job in a timely and professional manner. Geoff and his company is a trustworthy, honest and quality company. Quality work. Everything appears to have been meticulously done. There was a breakdown in communications, but the matter was resolved to the satisfaction of both parties. It's nice to have a local roofing company that is family owned and operated.
