I called for an appointment and was told they were three weeks out. The receptionist would not give me a window for when they would come by and said she would follow up with a time later. Three weeks later no call and no show for the appointment. So frustrating to wait three weeks and stay home all day just for someone to flake.

The great work and customer care the whole Baynes team gives is outstanding. We had some modifications done to our roof and the Baynes team was so accommodating to our schedule. They stripped the roof and left. We put in the solar tubes, did the mods on the roof then call Geoff to have them finish. I called Geoff on a Friday and as fate would have it, rain was predicted for Sunday. The Baynes team sprang into action. They were there first thing Saturday morning work all day in a light rain to get my roof finished before the heavy rain storm on Sunday. You just don't get this kind of service any more.
