Recommended Customer Reviews

Brian and his Bay View Roofing team are awesome! They were always on time and answered any and all questions I had. They provided great suggestions and were very helpful. Thank you Brian and team! I highly recommend Bay View Roofing to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. My 2nd floor balcony which sits above my living room started to leak this past winter. It needed to be resealed and waterproofed. After spending way too much time waiting for other roofers, Brian Perez was recommended to me and 12 days later the job was done! His crew spent 12 hours here last Friday to get the job done as there was rain in the forecast. Today, they came by to replace some roof shingles that were blown off and caulked above all of the windows on the 2nd floor as there were signs of leakage. They even replaced lightbulbs in outside lights that were impossible to reach without long ladders. Their outstanding work ethic is something that I have not seen in a long time. I would not hesitate to recommend Bay View Roofing to anyone.

Brian is a great example of a business owner with integrity. Brian and his company did a complete roof removal and then installed a multi-layer, beautiful new roof on my old home in October 2021. With the epic rain on Sunday, I had an annoying drip right next to a utility sink. I knew exactly where it was and called Brian,
He came out yesterday and assessed things very quickly. What he found was the precise area I thought, flashing around a vent pipe. He spotted 2 nails that were driven too deep and allowing water to pool a little and then migrate. Back down the ladder, to the truck, and back up with the caulking gun. Small issue, but a wonderful big response!
Thank you, Brian. I very much appreciate your cheerful, timely, and helpful response. Dog Millie sure did enjoy watching you on the roof. Happy New Year.

I had a leakage on my IB roof. I found this company on Internet. The company quickly responded to my phone call to come for free estimate. They provided a very reasonable price.
Brian did a very good job. He is very professional and experience, and friendly person.

I Hired Brian to take care of a number of roofing projects on my place.
From his welds on the TPO roofing to the standing seems on our metal roof, detailed and CLEAN work!
Exemplary work and detail to every part of whatever he dives into. Brian was very articulate, easy to work with and very responsive.
I have since referred Brian to my personal friends and customers/contractors that I currently work for.
From repairs, tear offs and new roofs, I highly recommend Brian (Bay View Roofing) and his team.

I know my review is much longer than most but I wanted to give you a more detailed experience you will have have if you choose Bay View Roofing.
I am the type of person who thoroughly researches and goes through a series of steps before I engage services I need. I also ran a 80 person electrical and mechanical contractor company many years back as a serial entrepreneur.
Brian and Bay View Roofing was referred to me by next door neighbor who has been remodeling his house for years, which provided credibility when he referred them.
I had already talked with other roofers before meeting with Brian, the owner. Brian immediately struck me as person who is very authentic and honest. But there was still the questions of competency, professionalism and price.
Of all the roofers I spoke with, he was the most thorough evaluating what was needed, which begin to answer the question of competency.
He also provided me with most thorough and detailed estimate that began to address his professionalism.
Unfortunately, I needed to put the roofing job on hold for a year because the funds I had ear marked were needed elsewhere.
I called the following to year to re-affirm his earlier evaluation and estimate. We agreed on price, type of roof and scope of work. Brian was very flexible in working with me in how I wanted to structure the financing, which I deeply appreciate.
I was also planning to have the house painted after he completed their work and then have a house appraiser come out for second mortgage. There was a tight schedule between the three events so I reaffirmed in an e-mail their schedule dates. There was some confusion around the staring time, which was the first possible break in professionalism around communication? Brian quickly took responsibility for his part in the miscommunication and made the necessarily adjustments. How someone handles themselves when things go wrong is a good predictor how the project could go.
There is maxim in business too under promise and over deliver. That is what Brian does! Besides finishing the job in half the time projected, he did a series of jobs that were not in his original quote and he either did not charge me for or threw in his labor for free and I paid the material cost.
Construction people can often be very competent but not very professional in keeping their word and/or adjusting to needs of a customer. Brian does both well. I strongly recommend when you are considering a roofer, at a minimum, meet with them and experience their competency, professional and the competitive pricing that I experienced.
An additional note, a neighbor across the street was so impressed their job, he asked me for their name and number and met with them the following week!
