Our roof needed to be replaced completely and quickly. Fortunately, we were able to make an appointment with Bay Valley Contractors right away. Raul came well prepared and explained the whole process and what makes Bay Valley stand out from the rest. He answered all of our questions. With a thorough presentation and great warranty, we decided to accept their bid. Crew and foreman were professional, courteous and on-time. I would recommend Bay Valley Contractors.

I called because of a bad roof leak on January 5th. I called and expressed that I needed the repair made ASAP as I'm sure do most people in that situation and didn't care the cost. I was told they were going to send someone out that day and I was thrilled. I was surprised to see one guy show up Ron in a regular car with a clip board to my disappointment he was an estimator. After walking the job and answering all his questions he assured me it was an easy fix and not a problem, I expressed my desire to approve whatever he was going to send me and get this started quickly he then stated I would have a estimate by that day or at the latest the next day.Almost a week later the 11th I called to find out what the delay was and was told I would get a call right back as you can imagine I did not receive a call back. I then made another call and the receptionist told me that Ron told her they wouldn't be doing the job for some BS reason. I wouldn't have had a problem if Ron was a professional and told me that from the start he had my number or even within a day or two but to make assure me they were on it then make me wait a week while the leak got significantly worse is extremely unprofessional!!!

Honesty. We were recommended Bay Valley by several neighbors. We bought our house 2 years ago and we were told we needed a new roof. Ron came out and gave an honest assessment that we had at least 10 more years. When I do need a new roof, they will be the only ones I call. Thanks Ron!

We recently had a new roof installed by Bay Valley Contractors- an IB PVC roof to replace our old tar and gravel. The entire process went great, from the initial meeting where they gave us lots of information and scoped out the project, to completion. During construction, the crew showed up on time and worked extremely hard all day, and they cleaned up after themselves. The job was completed quickly and if I ever had a question or concern, I was able to contact them and get a virtually instant reply. After the job was done, Raul went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. After completion, I had a small issue and they sent someone out the very same day to fix it. Bay Valley really cares about their clients and the quality of their work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

To the reviewers who gave one star without even having work done by Bay Valley--- you get what you pay for. Bay Valley might be a little more expensive than other companies, but they stand by their work and have high standards. Its worth it! Go with Bay Valley, they will take care of you!

Bay Valley Contractors did nothing short of exceed all expectations!

We had a new roof installed and repairs to our home completed in November of 2014. From the first contact, scoping the job, throughly covering all details of the proposal, to walking the job site ahead of the project to ensure that there were no ""gotchas"" along the way, these guys are professionals! Dean was a very low pressure salesman, that went above an beyond to ensure we were 100% comfortable with the proposal and left no detail uncovered. Subsequently Raul came out to walk the job site before the scheduled start date and further confirmed all of our expectations of the scope of work. The crew was on time and courteous throughout the entire job and left the job site (our home, yard, etc) neat and clean. Aside from the quality of the roofing materials, the construction was of excellent quality as well. Lastly, I contacted them months after the completion of the job regarding the new seamless gutter system installed with the new roof and without hesitation they came onsite to discuss our needs and reconfigured it for us! Bottom line we would highly recommend Bay Valley to any of our friends and family. Quality people, product and craftsmanship.

We worked with Bay Valley Contractors for a while. The project didn't work out due to our cities politics but Bay Valley did everything possible to try to make this remodel work. They went above and beyond. The owner is an honest guy and I would have no issues working with him in the future or recommending him. Thanks Raul, hope to work with you in the future.

I had a sky light causing leaks in several places in my home, a real mess. I found BVC via Yelp! Called and the next day had a very experienced roofer here. While he thought he knew the issue, and said he'd be back the next day to fix, (it was raining hard) he did not show up or call.

However, when I called the office they were very surprised and located the owner Raul, who promptly appeared. They had follow up calls, etc. The leak was fixed, took two visits which they did, at no additional cost.
Their customer service was superior, prompt and very cordial. The repairs took only a few hours, and maybe the cost was maybe high, but overall, I'd recommend.
And no leaks for two weeks!

It was pouring rain and our skylight was leaking. They came quickly, spent 3 minutes on the roof and informed me that the 12 year old Velux skylight was irreparably broken (tempered glass was no good anymore) and that it needed to be replaced, at a cost of almost $1,800. I was very surprised. So I had another contractor come. He spent 15 minutes on my roof, with a hose, trying in vain to find a significant leak. He assured me that the glass was in fine shape. We agreed to wait for the next rain storm and if it was still leaking he would return. He told me that whatever it was could be repaired easily and quickly.
My advice: stay away from those people. Either they made an honest mistake (doubtful - they were adamant that the tempered glass was broken beyond repair), or they were trying to pull a fast one on me. Very disappointing.

We need our roof replaced. We found an ad for Bay Valley Roofers that offered $1000.00 off at time of estimate. We had just had very expensive Byer's Gutters put on the house. (perhaps the gutters should have come after the roof, but that's another story). Bay Valley's Dean Mouser came in and gave us a terrific presentation. We signed after two other estimated. Work was scheduled...we needed our pool solar removed....Bay Valley handled all of the scheduling once we advised them of our solar company. Raul came and we did the walk around for the roof. Two days later, the team arrived. All 9 of them. The old roof was removed. The new roof was put on. One day. They were here from 7 am until 4 pm. and we had a new roof. Outstanding work from a great company!

Ryan the owner called me after reading my review. He had a few valid points maybe I was a little harsh with my review. I respect a owner that takes the time to call customer and he was generally concerned. So maybe not one star, but I still think you should be a wise consumer and always get at least 2 or 3 bids, because they can vary quite a lot.
