I'm so glad we chose Bay Valley Contractors for our rennovation project. They did some major work on our house, taking down a chimney (which involved re-roofing a section of our house and building some new walls) and repairing some structural issues. Raoul was very patient and always took the time to address our concerns thoroughly, and his crew did top-notch work! They were polite, friendly, and obviously skilled at what they do. My only complaint is that I wasn't thrilled with the windows subcontractor they brought in - there were some problems with the installation, and their crew wasn't as professional. But at the end of the day Raoul held them to a high standard and made sure they made it right. I was impressed with how he handled the issues. I would highly recommend them!

They used to have Bay Valley Roofing and Solar name on their biz cards. Hope they got rid of their roof repair estimator Gary Podaridis. That guy was a joke - showed up for a scheduled estimate without a ladder - twice. 1st time his excuse was, the co. doesn't allow him to go on a roof after rain, as it might still be wet. Fair enough. 2nd time, the roof was totally dry, he came in a small collectible car and, to avoid questions, started complaining about some damage to it even before we got a chance to say hi. Never sent any formal estimate, but tried to give some numbers based on a couple of my own photos of the problem areas.

Wanted to give a shout out to Bay Valley contractors. Had a fairly big addition which involves adding approximately 400 ft.² which consisted of a master bedroom and bath. Also converted one bedroom into a walk-in closet and hallway. All of the guys that worked on the project from day one to completion were professional, knowledgeable and tidy. Being a contractor myself I recognize that these guys were well organized and did good quality work. The job is complete and we are in our new master bedroom finally. Thanks to Raul and the crew!

Bay Valley came to my home and promised to make an estimate on repairs for an inferior roof installed by ""SOS Roofing"" &/or reroofing to solve this problem.

No estimate ever arrived after I called them several times asking for that promised estimate.

We went through hell after a roofer installed an inferior roof was installed and at least 20 roofing companies did the same. So, I wrote 2 articles about my experience to help others.

Bay Valley Contractors came recommended by my solar installer, as I wanted to put down a new roof before getting solar panels. I replaced my rolled roof material with a 60mil white IB membrane (with 2 inch foam insulation and 1/4 inch DensDeck), and had new solar legs/brackets installed in coordination with the solar installer's crew.

Every interaction I had with the team at BVC was prompt and professional. It started with Edward, who was creative during the sales process, and ended with Raul who coordinated the project and kept me informed of any scope changes during construction. Nancy and Dean were also helpful over email and phone.

Changing your roof is an important investment. I have full trust in this team and wish them the best. Thanks for the great work!

Had my roof on my apartment building replaced. I'm very happy and highly recommend this company. Very professional and offer high end product at a reasonable price. Everything they did on a daily basis they would inform me with the progress. They also recommended me with a solar company that offers systems at a great price. So impressed with this company. Not only were they quickly responsive but they were early for their appointment. Dean Mouser a project consultant fixed my leak in record time but was so nice and explained everything and did not even charge me. He said it was a birthday gift!! Now who can beat that??
When I need anything roof wise they are my guys!
