I called to get quote to have my roof soft washed. The guy that answered was very rude. He sounded as if I had just dialed the wrong number by accident and was taking up his time. From there, I couldn't even get a quote because I could not provide exact details on how the roof was designed, what materials were used to make it, and when it was last serviced. All things, I have not had to give to other companies. This is a business that does not think customer service applies to success.

Really disappointed in Bay to Bay. We explained on the phone exactly what we wanted (roof and sidewalk power washing), described the situation in detail, answered all their questions and when they finally showed up, everything was different. ""We don't usually do that. I thought you only wanted the front of the house. We didn't understand that you didn't have gutters. We can't guarantee not to kill your plants. What price did we quote you?"" After waiting a month since we contacted them, and not showing up or calling for their first appointment, they declined to do the job. By the way, they advertise a 4.9 rating on Home Advisor. I can't even find them listed there.

Sharing a remarkable transformation. Josh from Bay to Bay Exterior Cleaners just cleaned our terracotta roof and soffits. Once blackened, they now look brand new. We are truly amazed with the results!
They are Veteran owned and operated, professional, responsive, friendly and very helpful. This is a safe, soft wash clean, not a high pressure power wash.

Josh and Adam did an unbelievable job cleaning the roof and walls of my 1926 wood cottage. When they were finished, the ten-year-old yellow paint job looked new, all the black soot from the trees and the greenish mildew completely gone, the white window frames clean and sparkling. I have a white metal roof with a steep pitch, and to make matters even worse, the front of the house covers a porch roof that cannot be climbed on. Despite these problems, they still managed to return the roof to a beautiful white.

I had wanted them just to clean just the two very steep walls of the garage, but when Josh saw the state of my garage roof, he reminded me that the build-up of mildew would cause it to deteriorate. I had kind of given up on it already, but I told him to go ahead and clean it, and I was so surprised with the result! I won't have to buy a new roof after all! It looks fine once all the dirt was cleaned off it!

I can't tell you how hard these two guys worked. Seven hours straight. Had they been electricians or plumbers, I would have had to take a mortgage out to pay them. As it was, their charges were extremely reasonable. Josh was very concerned that my landscaping not be damaged, but so far, two days later, everything is holding up fine.

Did I mention they cleaned out the gutters? There was a foot tall tree growing out of one.

Josh and Adam were both very pleasant to work with. I would certainly have them back.
