My company, Vista Solar, has worked with Bay Quality Roofing on several of our solar installation projects. They've always done a professional job, and delivered quality workmanship on the work they performed for us. So, when it came time to re-roof our headquarters building we naturally contacted Bay Quality.

Their bid was competitive and they did a thorough job explaining the pros/cons of various roofing products/thicknesses. We decided to install a PVC membrane over our old rolled-comp roof. As an added challenge, we had a 10-year old solar system on our roof that would need to be temporarily removed and reinstalled in coordination with the re-roofing. Bay Quality was very accommodating to our project schedule and was able to complete the whole process in less than three weeks.

For the last few years, we've been trying to keep our roof on life-support - patching cracked seams and spreading Henry's over weak spots. Needless to say, if it rained we had leaks. The true testament to Bay Quality Roofing's work is that our roof has performed excellently during this most recent ""weather bomb"", which has drenched California for the last couple months. For the first time in years, I can rest easy when it rains.

The employees came to clean our gutters last summer. When they finished the job, our yard, pavements around the house and the garden were covered with a black residue. I called them back and they did return and did a cursory job of removing the residue on the ground, but not on the yard furniture or on the plants .

Then this winter, we have had a lot of rain and wind. A few weeks ago we noticed,
that a leak had developed and water was dripping continuously on the roof just outside our bedroom window. We can see that the water is coming from the roof immediately above that spot and it is impossible to sleep with the constant noise. I called the company, which is a ""ROOFING"" company and was told that they do not make ""those kinds of repairs"" (on gutters) and they would charge us $350 just to come out to see what the problem is.

This very poor service and lousy customer relations.

I called on Bay Quality to put in a cement pad for both a cedar hot tub and the necessary equipment. Buck provided great insight on how to do the footings (we are on a slight grade) and his team did an exceptional job at doing the work. Looking forward to doing another project with them!
