I understand COVID and the holidays may slow businesses down, however, after speaking with Brian, it was very clear to me that this was not the company I would hire for any project.

I called a few days before Xmas and spoke to Brian who seemed nice and mostly knowledgeable. I let him know I would be purchasing a property using a Home Renovation Loan. We spoke for about 30 minutes. I'm in the interviewing stage and he was able to answer some questions, but felt it would be best for me to speak with the owner, whom he stated would return the first week of January. Understandable. He took my email address and offered to email me the schedule to consult with the owner. I was grateful and confirmed that he would email me the schedule after our phone call. He stated yes. I did not receive that email and followed up a week later with a phone call. No response/call back.

Again, if I can't get a simple email or phone call back, for something that Brian offered and promised, then that becomes my signal to stay away because this company showed their true colors. In essence, first impressions are everything and whatever the reason, this company did not deliver as promised.

I've been looking for and putting offers on homes in the South Bay. Unfortunately I've been outbid by investors time and time again, but every time I call Brian at BCC to ask for information on potential build outs, he's been more than helpful. For example, on a lomita prop, he did some research by looking at the lot and looking at lomita ordinance. With questions he could answer, he provided. With information he couldn't he recommended who to contact. Recently, he helped me with a potential prop discussing build out potential. I've been treated like a favorite client but have not given them a single project or any business. I highly recommend this company from what I've experienced upfront. If they're willing to treat people who aren't clients this well, I can only imagine how they treat their actual client. Hopefully I can post on my experience working with them soon. Thanks, Brian and Bcc for all of your guys help this far!

I met with Alex at a house that my family was in escrow with to purchase. We did a walk through and Alex pointed out some major foundation issues with the home that we had overlooked. He was brutally honest and let us know that it would most likely push our budget over our limit and that we needed to take that into account. We ended up pulling out of escrow as a result of our conversation. Alex talked himself out of a job which to us shows his integrity. He could have glossed over the issue but he didn't. We appreciated his honest expertise. We never did actually work with Alex as a result, but will certainly consider him and his team in the future.

Excellent work!! Did multiple kitchens, bathrooms for me already and there pricing, workmanship and communication are on point! Very attentive to my various requests for additions and modifications and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with the work! Bunch of prim maddonas here. I saw they do counter top replacements on Instagram so I reached out to get a quote on getting mine done, I first inquired about concrete counters they refuse to do them, so I reached back out about gettting quartz they only want to do full kitchen and bath remodels they're not looking to help with smaller projects. Seems pretty shady. At least recommended someone but just don't say thanks for clarifying we don't do that.

We love our new kitchen! Alex and his team listened to what we wanted and they delivered. At our first meeting we were impressed with how organized and well run this company is. Every one was very professional and easy to work with. If a problem arose it was quickly resolved. Bay Cities Construction did a complete bathroom remodel, a large staircase reconstruction, as well as intensive refurbishment inside our new home (paint entire interior, wall/ceiling skimming, installed all new recessed lighting throughout home, etc).

The work was clean, on budget, and on time. Working with Alex and his team from planning to completion was professional and responsive.

Very glad to have found Bay Cities Construction and already saving for our next project with Alex!

I worked with Alex and Bay Cities Construction for the remodel of my bathroom. From the initial visit Alex did a fantastic job of guiding me through the project. He quickly got of sense of the design I wanted, and came up with some great suggestions (both in the design and layout).

When we realized that my ideal bathroom was over my budget, Alex didn't loose enthusiasm. He made design suggestions, and got us on track, and within budget. I'm VERY happy with the results.

Great input, clear communication throughout the project, and to top it off they took one less week to finish the project than expected.

I liked using Baycities for the following reasons: they sent me a daily schedule of work to be done, always responded quickly to all calls, Alex has great ideas and wonderful to work with. We are going to be remodeling another bathroom and will be using them again.
