Bay Cities Construction did a complete bathroom remodel, a large staircase reconstruction, as well as intensive refurbishment inside our new home (paint entire interior, wall/ceiling skimming, installed all new recessed lighting throughout home, etc).

The work was clean, on budget, and on time. Working with Alex and his team from planning to completion was professional and responsive.

I worked with Alex and Bay Cities Construction for the remodel of my bathroom. From the initial visit Alex did a fantastic job of guiding me through the project. He quickly got of sense of the design I wanted, and came up with some great suggestions (both in the design and layout).

When we realized that my ideal bathroom was over my budget, Alex didn't loose enthusiasm. He made design suggestions, and got us on track, and within budget. I'm VERY happy with the results.

Great input, clear communication throughout the project, and to top it off they took one less week to finish the project than expected.

Bay Cities Construction is the very best in my opinion. They came highly recommended by many other highly satisfied Yelpers, so I hired them to completely remodel my hall bathroom. I was so impressed with their work that I had them remodel my master bathroom and then build a roof extension over my front porch. All this was done this year & I LOVE everything they have done.

Alex, the company's owner, is a delight to work with. He gave me a schedule of what would be done & when it would be done & there were no surprises. I have found Alex to be very honest and reliable. He was always easy to reach by phone and showed up when he said he would. He is very knowledgeable & had great ideas and suggestions when I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do in certain areas. I know I'm not the easiest customer he's ever had & I'm very particular and demanding about every little detail. Alex addressed any concerns I had with a great attitude. His motto was ""whatever makes you happy, I'll do it."" He and his crew are really good at what they do as well as being neat and clean. They made sure everything was cleaned up when they left every day.

Alex's number is permanently in my cell phone & he will be the one I call for any future projects.

Right from the start, Alex was great! He came to give us an estimate on ceiling damage caused by a leak. While he was at our home, we asked him about several other projects we were interested in. Within a few days, we had estimates for at least three projects. We ended up doing the repair on the ceiling and it turned out wonderfully. We also had recesses lighting, closet lighting and wireless cable for our LCD tv done in our bedroom. All of the subcontractors he used were excellent. We had such a terrible time with all of our past contractors, we were dreading this work being done at our home. But Alex was efficient, friendly and trustworthy. Thanks again Alex for all the fantastic work!
