If you want an extremely honest roofer Randy is your guy. He came to give me a bid on re-roofing my 25 year old roof and was very honest and told me that I had a few more years left on it. I appreciated the honesty and I told him he will be the first one I call when it's time.

We just finished replacing our composite roof with Randy and his team at Bay Area Re-Roofing, Inc and are extremely happy with the result. Randy was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He didn't use a sales pitch or email spam me with information, like some other companies did, but more information on the product and what we needed, which is what I really liked. He explained the differences between products, so I could make an informed decision.

His team kept me updated during the instal and left the job site clean each day. We love our new roof and would highly recommend using them.

Our 90 year old Mother needed to replace her roof. I was not involved in the entire selection and demolition project but flew in mid-way through construction, Mom and the rest of my siblings couldn't be happier how this project was completed. I called several roofing companies for quotes to reroof my house and replace my gutters, BARR, inc was not the cheapest, but by far not the most expensive. The owner Randy Martinez personally came out to give me a bid. He advised me the roof vents were misplaced for maximum ventilation, and made a few other suggestions. I could tell he knew what he was doing. Because my garage is adjacent to a hill I needed painted gutters. I did not want aluminum gutters. I took his suggestion to use anodized steel gutters. He had a great crew.They were respectful and tidy. I had a couple of small fixes after the job was completed. Randy or his superintendent took care of them immediately. I highly recommend Bay Area roofing.

It's rare to encounter a company that operates with such a high degree of integrity and honesty.

When we purchased our house, we were told that it had the original roof and would need to be replaced within the next few years. As we always do, we turned to Yelp and found Bay Area Re-Roofing. I sent a message to request a quote and Randy promptly responded. We arranged to have him do an estimate and surprisingly found out that the roof had already been replaced! A check into the permit history confirmed it (though the address was misspelled - I'm guessing this caused the confusion in the 1st place).

All told, Randy saved us probably $15K. Had he not told us, we would have replaced the whole thing without being any wiser. He was also incredibly gracious about it. When we do need to replace the roof, I will definitely be contacting Randy again.

I've used Randy and his team to install probably about 6 roof caps over the last 9 years. He is really great at working in small jobs such as installing a roof cap for a bathroom fan. I probably called 6 roofers or more before I found Randy and Bay Area Re-Roofing. Most roofers are just looking for the big re-shingle jobs, but Randy is willing to squeeze in these little jobs when his crews have the time. And they are very detail-oriented. They have done a great job matching new shingles with old shingle colors and they have always painted the roof caps to match. It may seem like a small thing, but it sure makes the front of your house look a lot nicer when the shingles match. :-) Thanks, Randy!

Emailed Randy via Yelp in my mid August 2016 her was very prompt and professional with a phone call to set up and appointment for an estimate. We got out written estimate on Aug 24, 2016. We started 3rd weed in Oct, 2016 and final inspection was done Nov 3rd.
All the work was done very well the we had some leaks that were all repaired perfect - our garage had several major leaks that are now perfect. The shingle job looks great and they also did roof gutters and drains. We also had 2 skylights they did an excellent job resealing those as well.
All I can say is look no further that this company. You will not go wrong with them, Great Job!
