Same experience as the previous reviewer.

We were in need of new gutters this past winter and they did a great job on the gutters. Put downspouts where we wanted them and nothing seemed to leak, so they didn't have to come back.

Fast forward to today. They did a great job on the gutters, so we hired them to repair our leaky roof. Showed up and worked hard to complete the job. The final product was a bit messy, but okay. We gave them the final payment and he profusely told us that if anything leaked to just give him a call and he would be right back to fix it with no problem. So we waited a few days for everything to dry before we tested for leaks. Unfortunately, the roof leaked where it did before the repair and we called to have them come out to fix it. He said sure he would come to fix it on tuesday. Tuesday comes and goes...nothing. Called again and after leaving MANY voice mails, I finally got through and he said he was sick and couldn't come so he would come back out on thursday. Fine. Thursday comes and goes with no sign and no word. I kept calling and I think he is blocking my number and sending it straight to voice mail.

Bottom line: If the guy does a good job the first time everything is great! If you need him to come back out to fix it, good luck!

On the day of installation, they showed up at 11am and didn't finish until 9pm, in the dark. The job was done decently and the gutters looked pretty good (in the dark anyway), except for one glaring mistake in the front of the house which he made a big deal of promising he would come back to fix. So I paid him. Big mistake. He never came back, even after I called him and he promised again to come by. No good. I subsequently have found a number of other errors, where the gutters were not hooked up to the drains at the bottom for example, and varying heights of the drain pipes off the ground, all much more obvious in the daylight. I wouldn't recommend him now, if you do use this service, don't pay them until you are sure you are satisfied with it in the daylight.
