We had our main house unit roof done by Bay101 Roofing team over 10 years ago, and the result was great! so we hired them for our inlaw unit again last year. Recently bay area weather was so bad that one of the gutter chips fell, so we called the team and Mauricio(not sure if I spelled the name correctly) came to our house the next day and fixed everything within 2 days. What a great team!

Quick update on our re-roofing project with Bay 101 Roofing. The edge of our flat roof started to come apart from the sun and heavy winds, and roof started to drip...

Not to worry. Mauricio sent his team to make an assessment, they quickly figured out what was going on, and few days later (just before the rain returned) -- they fixed the roof by applying extra material over the edge.

What's more, the team have inspected entire area (not just where the damage was) and applied extra material around exhaust vents.

Awesome work, and roof is once again in tight leak-proof condition.

I reached out to Mauricio, and he quickly came and gave me a competitive quote for my roof replacement for both main unit and ADU with flat roof. He explained all the details of the process and my responsibility and their responsibilities. His team was able to start timely and get the job done in 3 days. The quality of job and their friendly and honest approach was the game changer for me. They even cleaned up all floors of the house after installation of two sun tunnels.

It is a family run business and they are doing overall great job. I strongly recommend them.

I reached out to Bay 101 Roofing to get a quote on repairing some lifted shingles for a property I manage - they gave me a call and set someone up to come by within the next hour.

Imagine my surprise when I heard back from them a couple hours later that they'd gone ahead and put shingles back in place free of charge!

As such I can't speak to anything other than that they went above and beyond in customer service, and I'd definitely put them top of the list to consider if I have future roofing needs.

We requested several bids for our re-roof project during a very busy time - I'm glad we found Bay 101. Jose came out within a few days to take measurements of our roof and dropped off the longest set of references and brochures that we got. Some companies couldn't even come out for a site visit for a month.

We requested an itemized quote for a full single layer re-roof along with new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards. We worked with Mauricio to refine the bid with these options and a GAF HDZ shingle for better efficiency - he was easy to get in touch with by email and phone.

Not only did Bay 101 have one of the most reasonably priced bids, but they also had their own experienced in-house crews and got to our job very quickly despite the tremendous rainy season we had this spring. We also needed to call for a couple of small issues after a few weeks and they sent someone out right away to correct them. I'd definitely recommend getting in touch with them for any roofing project.

Great service, highly recommended. I had new roof installed by them, looked great, no longer leaks. We didn't replace our old gutter but they still spent some extra effort get our gutter cleaned.
After a few weeks I noticed an issue with our gutter positioned a bit too low. It might be pre-existing issue but I still called them, they came to take a look, even it's not likely they caused it, they still did the repair well.

Bay 101 did our roof in Willow Glen back in 2021 and did a very professional and thorough job. Today during the rain I noticed what appeared to be a leak in one of the joints and reached out to them - they had said they would be very responsive to any repair requests. Boy were they! They came out within an hour in the rain to look at it and as it turned out it was largely due to leaves rather than any mistake they had made. They were very quick, efficient, and gracious and of course charged nothing for their efforts. A great experience. I would have recommended them for the roof alone, doubly so now seeing firsthand their great customer service after the fact.
