Established in 1989, Bauer Roofing specializes in Shingle and Metal Roofing for homes in South Carolina.

Dad initiated this company to help homeowners deal with the difficulties of re-roofing their houses.

It didn't take long for him to realize the frequent challenges that arise when picking a roofing contractor. It appeared that almost everyone had either experienced contractor troubles or heard stories from others. Yet, he thought it didn’t have to be this way and set out to create a roofing business that focused on two main principles: providing top-notch roofing systems and treating homeowners with dignity and exceptional service.

By merging extensive construction expertise with unparalleled customer care, Bauer Roofing came to life. I have been committed to preserving this tradition ever since.

Growing up in South Carolina within a family construction business, I’ve had the chance to learn from those who genuinely care about both me and the homeowners we serve.

I’ve been on rooftops in the dark and rain with my father, helping a homeowner who had water pouring in. I’ve heard grateful homeowners express their appreciation for our presence and for fulfilling our commitments.

I’ve also heard frustrated homeowners recount their experiences of being taken advantage of by roofing companies, leading to a loss of trust. Who would not understand their feelings?

In this industry, trust is rare, but some trustworthy contractors remain. My father established a business that was, and still is, among those honest choices.
