Stay away from Nathan Brann. Very Deceptive person. BRC damaged our home while performing work for us. He failed to repair the damages and exited from his responsibilities. His very bad workmanship created roof leaks and damage to the interior of our home. Brann failed to comply with our contracted Statement of Work and Materials Specifications. BRC is guilty of Deceptive Trade Practices. Run away from BRC!

We had a major roof leak that, over time, caused significant damage to an exterior/interior wall. Bauer came out did an inspection, quoted me a fair price and had the work complete in a matter of days. They were very professional and made everything look brand new. I highly recommend Bauer Roofing and Construction.

I have a No Soliciting sign in front of my house, but Bauer Roofing & Construction left their materials on my door anyway. I actually heard them and went out to confront them. The guy was rude, trying to tell me that that meant they weren't allowed to ""knock"". That is NOT what ""No Soliciting"" means. I messaged the police department, and they told me I should call the police the next time it happens. I would not recommend working with a company that breaks the law, and then argues about it on top of that.

Great choice for a roofing company. After dealing with a leak for years and not sure where it was coming from, we made the decision to just go ahead and replace the roof. During the process of taking the shingles off, Bauer immediately found our issue with rotten boards and open gaps left uncorrected by the last roofing company less than 8 years ago. They discussed the situation with us and showed us pictures of what was causing the leaks and immediately went to replacing the boards and fixing the gaps. After the roof was replaced, they quickly cleaned up the yard and made sure that we had no nails or debris. We have a pool and they even made sure that no flying debris landed in the pool. Great job and would highly recommend them!
