From the first contact with Stephen of Battalion roofing it has been a great experience. He was very prompt to respond and arranged to come see the job the next day. He gave a very well prepared detailed quote the following day and was very competitive with his pricing. His team came out on the Saturday morning to replace the gutters on the house and install on the sides of the house where there was none previously. Steve even came to ensure everything was completed satisfactory... and it definitely was.

Very professional and high quality service. Highly recommend if you are looking for a worry free experience.

My house is in Pearland but I am stationed in California so when anything goes wrong with my house I'm pretty worried since I have to go on Yelp or google places that are well spoken of. Found Battalion Roofing and a few days after we speaking to Stephen he came did a free estimate, was very thorough with it. Came back 6 days later and fixed it. Actually changed my vent out at no extra charge. The military discount was a plus, we felt good about having his company fix our roof. He doesn't take card just cash and Venmo, I don't have Venmo glad I asked before he did the work. Hopefully I won't have to request his work anytime soon but if my roof needs work I'll call them again.

Although the problem turned out to be minor, he took the time to explain everything to me and ensure I understood. He was always on time and very kind. Sunday afternoon I noticed that a wind-blown tree branch had rubbed a hole through my roof. 100% chance of rain on Monday. I called Battalion Monday morning at 7:30am, left a message, and Stephen called me back before 8am. He said he would meet me at my house in 15 minutes, and he did. He made a call and arranged for his worker to come by at noon that day.
At 11am that morning, I got a call from Stephen that the worker and he were able to come back earlier than expected, and the repair already been completed.
Cannot ask for better service than that. Highly recommend.

My personal experience he was knowledge and was fast to provide me quotes and look at my property. He was a bit more than the other quotes i received but i don't mind paying extra for a company who was on point with communication and knowledge. my entire roof was replaced, my insurance claim is how i paid for the roof. This man was beyond understandable, patient and professional the whole time. My check to pay him was delayed due to other stipulations regarding my claim. I thank him for being patient after he completed the work. Anyone else and i would probably be harassed, he was understanding.They did such a great job cleaning after they were done you never would have known they were there replacing a roof.

I previously had a horrible experience with another roofing company & after Harvey, I was not looking forward to having 3 roofing companies come out to give me estimates. One wouldn't give me an estimate unless all of my other storm repairs were being completed by them, one gave me a comparable quote but insisted on me signing a contract immediately & then there was Stephen, the owner of Battalion Roofing. Stephen came to my house quickly after I initially contacted him. From the moment he came to my house, I knew I'd found my roofer. He explained things in terms that were easy to understand and he didn't try to sell me on things I wasn't wanting or needing. He was very polite and listened to my concerns. The explanations he provided me made me understand more about roofs than I ever thought I'd know and they helped guide me in my roofing decisions. My roof was done within one day and Stephen personally came out on each step of the roofing process. He has been very thorough on follow-up, too. My new roof looks great and I am very pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail by Stephen. I cannot recommend him enough for any of your roofing needs. If I am ever in need of roofing repairs or replacements in the future, I know that the only phone call I will be making is to Stephen at Battalion Roofing.

I contacted Battalion roofing after Hurricane Harvey. Stephen came out right away, gave us a fair estimate, and was incredibly helpful through the whole process. I knew nothing about insurance claims. He walked me through what I had to do and worked with TWIA to get me MORE than they originally though we should get. The roof was done beautifully in one day. The crew was polite, efficient, and hard working. When they left the place was cleaned completely.

After calling Battalion for an estimate, based on their online positive reviews, Stephen came out and in detail, went over everything we needed to tear off and install on a new roof. Since we felt very comfortable with him, especially being the owner, and the price he quoted, knowing that we were working with our insurance company, we scheduled the job. His crew showed up on time, worked at a steady pace and completed it in a day, as promised. I'd use them again (hopefully not for another 20 years, ha) and would recommend them as well.
