I highly recommend Battalion Roofing. In addition to the roof, my job had two complications: 1) I wanted to use an uncommon reflective shingle and 2) I wanted to slightly change the elevation of the front of the home. Stephen was able to get samples of the shingles for us to evaluate (from two different vendors, special order) and manage the carpentry work alongside the roofing work. I also liked that Stephen was very responsive via email and text.

A section of roof on my newly purchased home was sagging, and I needed more vents for attic airflow. Stephen assessed my attic space and existing roof. He told me the square footage of vents that I needed, and what I have. He also told me that I didn't need ridge vents (thought I did and had said so in the initial conversation). His assessment on the sag was the need for new decking, but my inspector had said he thought it was attic rafters. Stephen told me that he'd bid for decking. If it turned out to be rafters, he would absorb the extra labor cost himself and only charge me for the materials. As good as his word, when the decking was removed to reveal no rafters, Stephen charged me only for materials. His crew was on time, finished on time as promised, and policed the yard for nails and materials. I couldn't want more in a roofing company! When I need a new roof, they're getting my business.
