I would not recommend this company. They will rip you off! I used them once a few years ago to clean my gutters on a 2 story house of approx. 3, 400 sq ft., and was charged some where under $150. Recently my tenants moved out of one of my rental properties, so I had Barth came out to give me a quote. They sent a young guy to the property, its a one story house, approx. 1, 500 sq ft. He went up the roof, took pictures, and then showed me what he saw; and suggests I needed them fix. He quoted me $650 for the whole job. I was pissed and then got after him. I told him I need to get a second opinion. A week later, another company came out and they told me the problems on the roof were minor and will not cause leakage and that my gutters were clean. I am truly disgusted with this company, unethical!

I had work done on my roof, hired a company called Barth Roofing from Tracy CA and they left a big open hole on my stucco. Now they refuse to fix it, leaving me with damages. My recommendation Don't ever trust this company!

I cannot recommend this company! Our roof has been nothing but a DISASTER! There has been thousands of dollars of water damage done to our house thanks to the shoddy job Barth Roofing did on our ""new"" roof. Even under warranty, they were not able to fix the problem and were not easy to work with. Save your house and your money...do not use this company!

Excellent customer service! We needed routine maintenance and some repair on our 25 year old tile roof. Team arrived on time, took care of everything and explained what they repaired. Very professional and excellent workmanship. Price was fair for the amount of work done. I highly recommend!

Barth Roofing recently did my roof, back in November of 2014. The quote process went great, they were readily available and flexible with my work schedule. The actual transaction had it's rough spots, however they were very good at providing remedies to each problem and in the end I feel as though I received a great product!

I disaree with their costs for emergency services. Granted it was urgent but the way the billing was explained to me, and the way it was confirmed by the repairman were different than the actual billing. I was going to use them for another job I wanted done - I will look elsewhere as I can't trust this company's billing practice. Workmen were efficient and polite but that doesn't make me fee confortable when I get billed incorrectly.,

HORRIBLE- Barth roofing ""fixed"" my roof leak in 2012 but it started leaking again 2014 and when they came to look at it again a week before xmas, the previous work was so bad that the owner Scott Heath refused to believe one of his workers did that job and accused me of hiring another company (within 2 years) to come work on it after they did and i haven't heard from him since. In other words he's calling me a liar. I didn't even expect him to fix it again for free but now i have to hire somebody else to fix the same leak. It was only a $460 job. Why would i hire a whole new company to come work on it after they did without even calling them first?? Like the owner claims? I even showed them the original estimate and receipt showing paid in full signed by the owner. I got screwed. It's January 9th 2015 and I still haven't heard from him. I wasted the last 3 weeks trying to work something out with them. So if you are thinking of using this company please take into consideration everything I wrote and I hope you don't end up screwed like I did. The next web site is the Better Business Bureau.

Workmanship is excellent. The roofer was a really nice guy and cleaned up the debris better than expected. Price was too high. The 6 hours the repair took came out to about $135 per hour for one man. Materials were about $100. I did not get estimates from competitors because Barth has done good work here 4 or 5 times over the years. Next time I will get other estimates just for my peace of mind.

Worse roofer I ever encounter. I use them twice in the last 3 years. Experience is mediocre to poor In the last visit, they fix the wrong place. My laminate floor was damaged from the subsequent rain. They come back and ask me for additional $1800. I complain to the owner. He promise to partial refund my first bill, which never happened. My handyman fix the leak at 1/10th of the cost.... Incompetent, and dishonest.
