My new roof just passed inspection and is all set for another 50 years. I had a 50 year old house with the original tile, red (but not so solid red), roof. I was having new leaks every year.

I looked into just putting in a new layer of under-tile protective material. I looked into doing that and having the original tile painted. The price difference between those ideas and what a new quality shingle roof would cost was not as wide as I expected.

I got four estimates and asked friends for ideas. A neighbor had used Barron Roofing about a year ago and was very happy with the company employees and the appearance of her roof. For the job bid, they were also the lowest, but I was especially happy with dealing with the co-owner, Liliana. She was always available and had me go look at previous jobs so I was sure of the color and style. She, also, returned calls and texts quickly, something that was not the same with others.

The whole job was done in 3 days and they cleaned up each night in between.

There was one side item I hadn't realized, that would be important if you have or want solar. It costs about $10,000 to have a good solar service company take off and then reinstall the solar panels. If you don't have solar yet, get your new roof first and then put on the solar. I put my panels up years ago, on a then 40 year old roof. Have Barron Roofing put on a new roof for you, then get the solar.

Liliana, Juan Carlos and team are fantastic! They respond quickly, show up on time, and provide great service. They helped us reroof the section over our add-on for an outstanding price! After the most recent rain storm yesterday, they were out today to identify where a small leak was coming from and fixed it.

We were in the process of selling our rental property and the roof was in bad shape. I called a few roofing companies and obtained estimates. Then I called Barron's Roofing and Liliana and Juan Carlos showed up. Liliana showed me samples of the shingles and other materials while Juan Carlos began measuring the roof. He measured the house and the separate garage. They were friendly and listened to what I wanted and Liliana explained the process and schedule. She told me how long the work would take and the coverage. The price that she quoted beat other companies by far. She was no pressure and the work started when the weather permitted (the rainstorms of 2023). They stripped the roof and laid down new plywood. It started drizzling and they stayed on the roof and finished the sheathing. The roof was done in 2 days and they helped me with the inspector after he wanted a new kitchen vent installed. Liliana answered the phone or called me back whenever I called with questions. I recommend them!!!

Absolutely love this business! My husband and I had 2 other roofing companies give us a quote but not only was Barrón price the most competitive, they really were the one that didn't pressure us into making a decision. They made us feel comfortable, very informative and detailed with the different options and cost. We were a little limited on time as I was in my last trimester of pregnancy but they were quick & in constant communication with us, giving us a daily detail of work being done and what else was to come. I wish this business did more home repair because I would hire them!
