My roof was leaking called Barrera roofing for an estimate on 11/16/17. They set my appointment for 11/20/17 at 9am. Shortly after 9a I received a voicemail saying that they would be 30 minutes late and will arrive at 930am. At 10am, I realized that they had not shown up. I called the office ... no answer, left voicemail. It's now 1pm, I have left messages and I still have not heard from the company or owner. Not a good way to do business. They make me wait for an appointment, then they don't show up or even call. Very unprofessional. If they treat customers like this, before you pay them...what will it be like after you sign a contract. A job with no shows and delays. This sucks wasted my morning/day.
