We were extremely fortunate to choose Barragan Roofing to replace our 33 year old Palo Alto roof. Noe and his teams were extremely responsive to our needs, and handled with the greatest of ease a dry rot problem that was discovered under the old roof. While one team was re-roofing the other part of the roof, he got his carpentry team to quickly (in 2 days!) rebuild a significant part of our roof and get it inspected, while everyone dodged and protected us from December rains. He also has a team of plasterers and a painter at his disposal who did their work under the new portion of roof in 3 days. And, at the last minute, we needed to replace the gutters that had just started to rust through. His gutter team did the work in 5 hours. Noe did all this with supreme confidence and good nature, that only comes with having seen this situation many times before.

I had a big leak in my kitchen that appeared during the big rainstorm a few weeks ago. Noe came out within an hour and promptly patched the leak while the rain stopped. Noe was awesome- he responded the same day & got out the next when all the other companies said I have availability in December. He is very knowledgeable about flat roofs and roofs in general and clearly knows how to repair and maintain a roof. This was also right after a big rain so it was good to have him do a repair right away. He noticed the roof flashing was not done well and some mastic / tar was needed on the edges for good roof hygiene. I went with his suggestion and feel very confident for the next rain. Definitely recommend giving him a call for your roof needs.

This review is a bit late (had work done in November 2019) but still completely valid. I loved the work that Barrangan Roofing had performed for us. We had a leaky roof (visible in the water coming into the bathroom) and Noe and crew were completely on it. He was completely professional and went right up to inspect the roof. We have a ceramic tile roof, and some estimators were scared to move the tiles around for fear of breaking the tiles. Not Noe - he knew exactly what to look for and made a very reasonable recommendation.

What I really appreciated, though, was Noe's follow through. During the winter 2019 season, it was quite rainy. After the initial repair, we continued to have leaks. Noe fit us into his schedule with an emergency stopover and quickly figured out the actual source of the leak. His crew came out the next day and repaired an additional section of roof at no extra charge. After that - no more leaks.

Earlier this year we had a roof leak in our home only a short time after getting our home. Unfortunately we found out that we needed to completely replace our roof.

We called Noe and he was on top of it. He was extremely professional, showed he really cared about our home, and gave us a good quote for replacing the roof. He was also able to come out and start the job very quickly to fix the problem.

We had some complicated issues with our roof as we went along but Noe was always there and always able to fix things very quickly and truly valued great customer service. Many times when we saw a problem we would call him and he would be at our home in a matter of hours.

Last year Noe and his crew installed a new roof on our addition and made a number of minor repairs to our existing roof - one year on the roof has held up great.

I first really appreciated how he clearly described to me the repairs he would make as we walked the roof together. His crew arrived when promised and the work completed professionally. A few weeks after the major work completed, we asked him to come out and make one minor alteration, which he did personally and promptly. Reasonable pricing, as well. Would definitely hire again.
