Noe Barragan is a life saver:) my 92 year old Aunt had a leak in her living room. We called several roofing companies to give us estimates. She has three skylights, and that's where we thought the leak was coming from. One company wanted to charge us $9000 for a new roof. But Noe Barragan came out and assess the situation and reseal the skylights. He did a awesome job, 2 days later we had a really bad rain storm, NO LEAK, NO BUBBLES NO TROUBLES. Yayyyyyyyy!!! Noe from Barragan Roofing is the guy you want to help you find leaks from your roof. We've had issues with water leaks and we were not sure what the root cause is. Noe did a very diligent work, took his time to removed several tiles but could not find the reason for the leak. Then he referred me to another contractor who does stucco for further investigation.

I am very impressed by the work Noe did and will definitely contact him in the future if needed.

Update (12/2019): Noe did another fantastic job for us! He went out of his way to satisfy my needs, his price was reasonable, and he made himself very available. As I mentioned before, I will definitely use him in the future and highly recommend him.

Noe replaced our gutters shortly before the rain storms. He was able to evaluate and install the gutters within two weeks, much quicker than any of the other companies that we called.

We did have two minor issues with the gutters after they were installed but, each time, Noe went out to repair/diagnose the issue the same day I called him.

Barragan Roofing did an excellent job on our roof. You won't go wrong with choosing Barragan Roofing, and we have already recommended Noe and his team to our friends and acquaintances! The details:

- Responsiveness to my request for a quote:
My wife called and was able to speak to Noe. Based off the information my wife could give him, he gave us his quote. He then came over the next afternoon, which was our requested time, to look at our roof. He gave us a competitive quote, which was then finalized in a contract sent over email.

- Willingness to work with our budget:
Noe beat the quotes we obtained from other roofing companies. To note, our roof replacement was going to cost more than just swapping out shingles because we were going from a certain type of shake roof to a shingle roof. The work required for our home included laying plywood down all over the structure before even starting to put shingles on it. Noe explained the work and cost involved and answered all of our questions.

- Communication with myself and other members of my family:
At different times, Noe had to speak with me, my wife, or my mother-in-law to relay information, depending on who was available. We appreciated that he was clear with the details, explained things at a level we could understand, and would at times even communicate updates to more than one of us to make sure we were aware of them.

- Availability and Timeliness to begin work:
Noe came to look at our roof on a Saturday afternoon. He and his crew began working on it the following Wednesday, just 4 days later. Other companies we asked for quotes from told us it would take several weeks before they would be able to replace our roof.

- Professionalism:
While his responsiveness and communication have already been touched upon, we want to also point out that Noe and his team communicate about times of arrival AND are on time. On the Saturday that Noe and his team came to evaluate the roof for a quote, Noe communicated with us that they would be about 20 minutes later than originally stated, and indeed he showed up at his new ETA. For all remaining days, his team arrived at the time stated and sometimes earlier! We can contrast this with another roofer who arrived an hour and a half after his appointment time to evaluate the roof for a quote- and during that time, we were trying to communicate with him to ask his whereabouts with no response until shortly before he arrived.

- Time to completion:
Noe would probably have been done with our roof by Friday or Saturday. We were very happy with that projected turnaround time. Ultimately, we had multiple areas of rot due to the old leaky roof (which we had known about) that were identified in the process. Fortunately for us, Noe and his team did a great job to remove and replace all of these areas. The city does not allow work on Sundays, so Noe and his team were done on Monday. We were still very happy with this time to completion.

- Clean-up:
Noe and his team made a point to clean everything up at the end of the day. We were impressed! In between the sessions that they were working on the roof, when we looked around our yard, we could not even see a hint that such extensive work was being done above. On one day, they left one small area and communicated to us that they would return to clean it up the following day, which was perfectly fine.

- No hassle:
Noe took care of everything. He got the permit from the city and had the inspector come out. We did not have to do anything additional to ensure we had our roof.

In short, Barragan Roofing is a 5-star company as proven by the entire process from start to finish. Thank you, Noe and team!

After reading positive reviews on Yelp I contacted Barragan Roofing to provide an estimate for a problem area on my roof. I previously had two other roofing companies work on this area and neither company was able to completely solve the issues which were leaks. Noe came out the next day after I contacted him and did a thorough job inspecting the area and discussing options with me. He provided a good estimate and started the job three days later. The work was top notch and the job was completed quickly. He also pointed out another potential problem spot on the roof while working on first project so I hired him to fix that. Again, great job. I highly recommend Noe Barragan and his team!
