We recently moved in to our new home and needed some work done. Starting with out A/C unit only working in certain rooms. Erin went out of her way to adjust the vents to get everything working properly. Next we had them enclose an office that had cut outs in the wall and no door. It turned out perfect and looks as if it was meant to be that way. We'll be contacting them again for our next project! Thank you!

All work was completed in a short amount of time - LOVE my new windows. I am extremely satisfied with the work, the follow up! I was not ignored during the process, Jeff, Ken, Jessica & Tony always made continuous contact. Tony was on job site from beginning to the end...checking progress answering all questions. He would give me a time for contractors to be at my home, and times were spot on. They reached out to me, i did not have to chase anyone down. My good gut feeling was right by picking BHI to improve my forever home... They weren't happy unless I was happy...needless to say - I am happy :)

This company is amazing. My first contact was with Jessica, who was just a doll. She answered all my questions and scheduled my first appointment with Jeff. Jeff met with me at my home he was friendly, responsive and most importantly not pushy. He gave me my options and also provided alternatives and he did not even flinch when I asked for another option. Just before my first day of scheduled work I heard from Tony, equal to Jessica and Jeff, was also amazing. He kept me informed of the work progress, made arrangements based on my schedule and visited with me while the work was being performed. Barnett did my roof, windows, and insulation. I will definitely reach out to them for future work, I was 100% pleased with their services and have no regrets.

Very happy with our experience with BARNETT HOME IMPROVEMENTS. They replaced our old rain gutters. Everyone was responsive to our questions and very professional. They showed up on time and were considerate, quiet, polite, and went above and beyond by helping us with an unrelated matter at no charge. When they finished, they said they hoped we could give them a ""Wahoo""--we give them 3 ""Big Wahoos""!

Barnett Home Improvement came out to our newly constructed home in Roseville and went over exactly what we wanted in our back yard. We went with a concrete pathway as well as a pad for a separate sitting area than we already had with the house. We also had an amazing back porch cover installed. BHI had such a reasonable price we couldn't go with anyone else as well as very open and communication that was great!! Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a job done right, on time, friendly owner and staff !!
