We offer septic installations for residential properties and commercial sites, as well as upgrading existing systems. We clear and leveling of land. We handle the removal of trees, along with stumps. Excavation for basement projects and footers. We provide grading services to manage surface water around buildings and lower levels. Our experts identify issues that cause water intrusion in basements. Also, we offer various backhoe services.

Once my time in the USMC, I launched a roofing and siding company in 1974, that also focused on remodeling homes and businesses. I continued in that field until 1981, when I attended college. After a break, I came back the construction industry and have focused on excavation and grading work since then, primarily involving septic systems, basements, footers, clearing land, and grading. While Barnes Construction is not a tree cutting service, we handle the entire tree by tipping it over, then sectioning it for removal.

Born in 1951, I am a veteran of the USMC, dad of three, grandfather to six, and a devout Christian. I strive to satisfy every customer fully by performing the job right the first time, without shortcuts and using only the highest quality materials. When we provide a price, that is the set price, unless the customer asks for changes or additions. I gather the equipment only after the customer is satisfied completed. I cherish every customer and strive to treat them in the same way I wish to be treated.
