Nick was always available to answer questions and had his contractors come to the house in a timely manner. Barfield pricing was very competitive and fair. I worked with Nick ( general sales manager) and he had a wealth of knowledge to share with us. The other 3 reps that came out, did not have the answer to my questions.
So I signed with them and two weeks later I had a new roof in two days. Everything promised was delivered. I am so happy. :)

I hired this company in June of 2023 and they finally completed the job in November the job should have taken 3 days . They really did not finish the job I had to do the caulking myself . The owner has one excuse after another ..

We had a very serious water damage event that occurred in our Orlando condo causing significant structural damage including beams, flooring, and walls. Fortunately, Barfield Contracting was highly recommended and chosen for the project. Kevin Barfield is the owner of the company and we spoke with him many times throughout the process. He and his staff were extremely professional, caring, and very responsive every step of the way. They did an excellent job not only in our unit but in multiple jobs throughout the community. We highly recommend him and his company for any of your building needs --- you will not be disappointed!!!

called and set up two appointments. in both cases the owner was a no-show. I received no calls or texts to explain being stood up. This construction company cannot keep a simple appointment, I would not trust them to work on my house.

Just like another review. Run away do not look back. I contracted with Lowes to have my roof re-shingled. They had me sign a blank form with no contractor listed on it. What a mistake that was. Barfield is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am 75 and have contracted with many companies. They were to unscrew my gutters so they could be reinstalled. they ripped them off of the house also damaging the facia. Said they would replace the facia but did not. They installed the roofing incorrectly and had a lot to redo. Flunked inspection twice. When a supervisor came out. he stated, well if that is how the city wants it, we will redo it. Basically telling me he had no idea what the city's building code is. They removed ducting from my microwave vent and covered over the hole in the roof for the vent. They installed all the vents incorrectly and had to do them all over again. The installers broke my fence, my motion sensor light, ripped my new swimming pool screening. Installed new screening but did not do it correctly. Looks terrible. My painted drive ahs tar all over it including my freshly painted walk around my home. They had a dumpster in my driveway for weeks. Damaged my drive with rust from the dumpster. A 5 day job turned into 5 weeks plus. They removed a lot of stucco, replaced it and refused not to paint it. I get a call telling me to remove the material from Lowes so they can get the dumpster removed. They would not call Lowes. Told me to get it moved. Did that while screaming at me on the phone. A woman no less. When I asked for her name she hung up on me. I have lots of pictures but do not know how to post them. I have everything documented. Gert any roofing contractor in you location. Not some company two hours away from you.

Absolutely great experience. I have had this company do 3 projects and all were done timely and professionally. I have no complaints even the workers on the job had accountability that in construction that is hard to find.

I am completely satisfied with Barfield Roofing. If you do ever have an issue with their work they WILL take the time to investigate your claim, as they do stand by their work. If you are looking for a roofing company, I would definitly recommend Barfield.

Excellent customer service! Quick turn around time and very responsive to my concerns. Courtney had a guy out to inspect my Mom's roof after a hail storm within 24 hours of my initial call! The inspector called on his way and was very personable and friendly. I will recommend this company to friends and family! Thank you Barfield!
