Called Bardo to replace a couple broken tiles. Made an arrangement for him to come out on a Thursday between 9-10 am. No show, no call or text. Later, I texted him, he said he was waiting on a delivery. Could have infomed me since I took off from work. Agreed on him coming over Friday 8-3-2023, 9 - 10. Again no call or anything. Terrible business practice. To many other roofers to waste time on trying to do business with him.

we had several loose tiles on our roof after all the storms. Bardo Ramirez came out and inspected, fixed our entire roof. He also replaced all the caps around the venting, added some pigeon deterrent wire, and cleaned out my gutters without being asked! The person I spoke with on the phone was very professional and called to let me know he was running late, I haven't experienced this level of customer service in a very long time! I will definitely be calling them again!

We moved to a new house a few years ago, and it was time to address it's dated roof. We called Bardo Ramirez Roofing, who we have used exclusively for years. The quote we received for a full reroof was an excellent value, and resolved several existing issues with the house. Every day during the process the team arrived on time, did excellent work, and communicated with us to keep us informed. Moreover, Bardo and his team are the kind of perfectionists you want in a contractor, and hold themselves to a highest standard in the work they do. Because of this our new roof and gutters turned out beautifully and have received compliments from all of our neighbors. I recommend this company over all the others in the greater sacramento area. Had a leak in my roof and due to pitch and type was difficult to get a contractor to work on without an expensive cost. Bardo came out was familiar with roof type, no issue with pitch of roof and completed the repair quickly and for an excellent price. He will be the guy I call if I need any future repairs done. Will have him back in spring for preventive maintenance.

I had the original chimney on my home with wood siding for 30 years. I must have spoken to 7 different contractors. Bardo and his team came over on time; one day job; tore out the chimney wood frame; primed and painted all the required wood replacement pieces - just did a terrific job!! Honestly it looked like they had to do much more work than originally planned. They also cleaned the roof and valleys; replaced the rubber seals on the stacks and helped me with another issue.
