Formerly known as Ayunies Construction Inc., we are now Bananas Group Inc. Our focus has been refined over the past eight years. Our primary services include Roofing, Plumbing, and Emergency Disaster Services. We have been in business since 2004, licensed and insured in Florida.

In 1993, Mr. Leyva earned his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Florida A&M University. Mr. Leyva worked with AECOM in 2008, overseeing flood damage evaluations for FEMA in Iowa. As Chief Estimating Officer, he assessed flood damage to public properties, including schools, roads, and bridges. Later, Mr. Leyva was employed by Liberty Mutual Insurance as an Insurance Adjuster. In 2010, he handled more than 400 hurricane roof claims. In 2011, he transitioned to an Independent Adjuster role in North Carolina after Hurricane Irene. In 2010, he established Bananas Group, Inc. (BGI), the parent company of Ayunies Construction Inc.

Following his departure from Liberty Mutual in 2011, BGI and Mr. Leyva focused on general construction, roofing, and plumbing. BGI also engaged in damage assessments, construction consulting, and estimating.
