DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Following hailstorm they offered to replace roofs on 2 commercial properties and 2 houses we own. They did the work quickly but was shoddy. So far 3 of the roofs are leaking, whereas we did not have any leaks to begin with. Disappointed in their work is putting it lightly and have threatened to take them to court. I have calls in to the owner, and he will not return messages, leaving it to the project foreman-it has been a total fiasco...BUYER BEWARE-do not use this company unless you want headaches, hassles and stress.

Left a flyer at my door for roof replacement. I called, owner came out and gave a fair estimate. Nice guy. I called to schedule them, no answer, got voice mail. I waited 2 days called again, was told the owner was too busy to speak to me and they would come out on a monday morning. I replied, do you even want to know what all i want done, or what type shingle etc... ""Uhhh Sure go ahead"".

They never call me to verify before they came. The crew showed up at 11am instead of 8, and sat in our driveway until 12:30 when the shingles showed up, instead of taking off the damaged roof. They worked until 2pm then they took a break laying in my yard. JC hired out some people who didnt speak a lick of english. They rang the door bell trying to tell me something but i couldnt understand them so i went back inside. They did do a somewhat good job on the roof, but left roof nails in the yard, and i have children so i am not happy about that. They quietly disappeared when they were done without us even knowing they were finished, so i had no chance to review the work. They left several bundles of shingles in my drive, that were left over. I assumed these were added in the agree payment amount, and i was to keep them in case i needed some extra at some future point. I went back inside, a few hours later there is a truck in my drive picking them up. No knock or explanation, i go out and ask whats going on and they tell me they are taking them. I guess they work for JC roofing, but have no way to know for sure.

The owner came by the next day to get payment. i said you know you still have a few things left, and he assured me he would come back to do them, so i paid him via a check. I havent heard from him or anyone at his office. Although the owner is very nice and friendly, and ultimately the roof is okay, i do not recommend them due to very poor service.
