Mario is a middle man. He doesn't do or know any of the work. He'll measure the same thing 5 times and still get it wrong. He'll start the quote small to get the job then he adds every time he opens his mouth. Then he argues with you when you voice your concerns. I may not know construction but I do know when things aren't straight and when things are sticking out that aren't supposed to and I definitely know poor service! You want poor service, Mario is your guy.

Mario responded immediately to my request for an estimate. I thought the estimate was very fair compared to the one other estimate I received. Alex and Mauricio did the inside drywall repair, and Jose did the outside stucco repair. They showed up as scheduled, did a great job, and completed the work in 2 days instead of the estimated 3 days. There were 3 inside repairs that were not seen with the original estimate. Alex and Mauricio completed those repairs without complaint and didn't charge me anything extra for that work. I highly recommend this company.

If you want an honest, trustworthy contractor, Mario is your guy. Mario saved us during an AWFUL experience we had with another contractor who continued to lie and not show up to our house. We were under tight time restraints because we moved out with two little ones who were starting school in 2-weeks. Mario took on this project last minute for us and knocked it out of the park. His team did an incredible job and knocking down a huge load-bearing wall we had. His prices are reasonable. And if there was any issue or problems Mario always fixed it and kept things moving. He feels like family to us now and we feel so blessed we found him in a time of need !!

Our garage need a major remodel. It was 1970s era and unfinished. I received estimates from 3 contractors and Mario was the lowest. His team was so fast and took care of everything from constructing a new drop ceiling with attic, electrical, plumbing, drywall, epoxy floors and cabinetry. He texted me regularly about progress and was flexible with my requests for changes throughout the project. Super happy with the end result---it's better than I expected. Highly recommend.

It is with much disappointment that I write this review. I was looking for quotes on a few projects. I reached out in Yelp and spoke directly to Mario and went over the various projects I was looking to commence. One of the top priorities was a staircase. Mario stated stairs were his ""forte"".

He scheduled to come by Monday to measure and give a quote. On Monday he texted after the time he was supposed to come to our home. He stated he left the area without giving a quote. Strike one .

He texted he would be in the area the next day to meet with my husband. My husband moved around his schedule to make the appointment happen.

Mario arrived, took measurements and left . I followed up for the next 3 days for quotes. He claimed he was waiting to hear back from various people. On Friday I still had not received a quote amd stated that I wanted to make a decision by Monday. Mario replied sorry can't give a quote by Monday everyone is too busy thank you for your time.

I inquired regarding what people he was waiting to hear back from since he claimed his company handled all the jobs I was interested in. Mario shockingly replied that he would be subcontracting all the work. Really? That is not what you stated in our initial conversation. In fact, you stated it was your ""forte"".

Why would I give a stranger access to my home and let him in if he could not even provide the services or a quote. The entire debacle wasted my extremely valuable time. Further, my husband missed partial work to let him in to get these useless measurements. The entire thing was a sham. I am not even sure he is a licensed contractor and not someone trying to take inventory to rob homes.

From the beginning there was good communication. Mario answered all my questions before getting started and assured me he could get the remodel done within my time constraints- which he did. The bathroom turned out very nice, complete remodel. Would strongly recommend.
