We had a great experience with Chris Baker and Baker Roofing. They repaired several painting issues we had at our house due to some minor water leaks. The paintwork looks great and the workmen were incredibly considerate and conscientious while working in / out of the house. They did both interior and exterior work and helped me by discovering another issue which needed to be taken care of at the same time that would have been a problem later. Chris is responsive and timely and his pricing is very fair and I wholeheartedly recommend the company for any of their services and plan to use them again when needed.

Baker Roofing is so much more that a roofing company! My project involved installing a complete new audio visual system including indoor and outdoor TVs, installing an outdoor security camera, updating and moving electrical wiring, rebuilding the mantle, tiling around the fireplace, and SONOS equipment install and sync. The project was completed in a timely manner and Chris personally visited on several occasions to monitor progress. This company comes highly recommend for a variety of projects!

Used them for soffit and was very unhappy with them. Expressed this to who I thought was in charge and was told what was done was ""unacceptable"" and they would ""make it right"" and then did absolutely nothing and I never heard from them again.

Disconnected my AC without telling me, leaving me to pay to have it fixed.

Ripped out my flood lights and covered up the access holes. The electrician who came to fix them said this leaves active wires in the attic and is very dangerous. They then had no way to find where the wires were without drilling a hole and crossing their fingers they were in the right spot. I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to have flood lights again.

Left all the wood and trash in the backyard for a week while asking for payment and not responding to my emails about cleaning up their mess.

Baker Roofing did work for me last year while Bill Ferrel was heading up the job and I had ZERO problems. Whoever took over for him definitely let me down. Will never use again and don't recommend.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE! From the moment I was in contact with the owner, Chris Baker, I was impressed. I needed roofing, gutters, and a new garage door--after hail damage from the storm of June 2019. Chris came to my house, provided lots of education about the process and what to expect, the materials options, and other possible options to improve my home, and any other question I had----he answered. Because of his expertise and explanations, I chose to also add vinyl siding, soffits, and facia for additional home improvements, above and beyond the storm damage needs. Let me tell you---I have NO REGRETS! When the teams came out to my house---they were GREAT! They were friendly, and very professional. Excellent craftsmen. They got the job done and did an incredible job. Way beyond my expectations! I already have ideas for future projects, and BAKER ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION will be my go-to company. I am so happy. This company is the one to go with, folks! Hands down! I highly recommend them.

The reason that we started on this journey was actually due to our Home Owners Ins Company asking us to fix some of our shingles that were blown up and they would only allow a certified roofer to fix it! So, my husband started calling roofers from a variety of websites and the only one that called us back timely and actually showed up for the appointment was Baker Roofing!! Chris Baker, the owner, spent the time to explain in detail what he found and directed us on the best avenue to ensure that we were not spending our money of fixing versus replacement unnecessarily. We actually placed a claim with the insurance company for replacement since our roof was over 12+ years old, and Chris Baker came out with the adjuster and spent over 2 hours with the insurance adjuster. Very impressive! He walked us through every step of the way and our roof turned out amazing! His staff was respectful, courteous and cleaned up every day! The final product we cannot be more pleased, we would highly recommend Baker Roofing and Construction to anyone!!

My roof fell victim to the past severe Texas weather and needed replacing. Going into this project was full of my uncertainty. I didn't know much about roofing but the worst part was not being able to be there in person. BBB, referrals and reading far too many posted comments narrowed my search to three companies which baker roofing and construction ultimately won. I must have called every day, sometimes several times a day. Mr. Baker took the time to answer my many questions and even gave me tools to assist in my decision making. A shingle is not just a shingle and don't get me started on colors! When it was time to commit (down payment) I was confident in choosing them I never felt like a number. More importantly, I felt involved. The job was done as scheduled. The old roofing was removed in the morning and the new was on by the afternoon. They cleaned up the yard and my house looks great!
