They came and ""fixed"" some gutter issues and ""cleaned"" the gutters. Then sent some random pictures along with an invoice. No explanation on the pictures (were they showing issues they fixed, issues that needed fixed, issues they couldn't fix? No idea). Took a month to get a vague explanation and only because I said I was waiting to pay the invoice). About three weeks after they were done I went on the roof to look at something and found part of the gutters full of leaves and acorns (which stopped falling a few months ago). They had to be called to finish cleaning and I haven't checked the second floor gutters so who knows what those look like. Then called someone else out to look at replacing leaf guards (because I wasn't going to keep waiting for Baker as I asked for a quote a month ago) and while we were looking we found broken hangers that were supposed to be fixed by Baker, and the bracket holding the new spout Baker installed was already broken (both pictured). Not sure how they do roofs, but don't call them for gutters!

Happy to provide this 5 star for the manager of the job Greg and the Baker team. They encountered multiple challenges with permitting, during the beginning of covid. All throughout the job we provided with pictures of the work done for the day. Several additional items popped up including a gutter that had not been properly draining before the job. They fixed that too. Greg continued to say that 100% satisfaction was their goal and they delivered.

What a competent, ethical company. We had a wet ceiling in an upper bedroom after heavy rain. Baker roof walked the attic and did a visual inspection from the ground level. Told me my roof looked good and to check with the plumber who installed a tankless water heater in the attic. Sure enough. The problem was caused by the tankless water heater for a couple of different reasons, exacerbated by cooler weather and rain.

I wanted to give a big shout out and THANK YOU to Haus, Mike Lawrence, and all of Baker Roofing Company.

We are a military family living in the N. Charleston Area and recently discovered we had a leak in our roof. We thought it might be our air conditioning unit, but after investigating further, discovered it was actually a leak in our roof. We then decided to call around to roofing companies to get things checked out. My wife attempted to reach several different companies but kept getting the Heisman. Finally, after venting to a friend of ours about not being able to get anyone to return her calls, we were referred to Haus at Baker Roofing Company. Turns out Haus doesn't exactly work in repairs, but that didn't matter. We were just happy to have someone on the phone!!!

She called them around 10am, and they were at our house by 4pm THE SAME DAY! We actually just expected for them to take a look around, and deliver an estimate for repair and fit us into their schedule, as this was already a Friday afternoon. Instead, they accurately assessed that we had a small hole in our roofing, no doubt caused by flying debris from the hurricane and fixed it then and there. No need for a second appointment. We have had rain in the area since the fix with no problems in sight. Everything appears good to go. Needless to say, we were able to get our roof fixed with no hassle thanks to Mike Lawrence who went above an beyond for our family. We can't thank Baker Roofing company enough!
